What do you like best about the product?
The Cisco Meraki system stands out for its user-friendly interface and streamlined management experience. The cloud-based platform makes network management intuitive, allowing both IT professionals and less tech-savvy users to configure and monitor networks with ease. The Meraki dashboard is exceptionally well-designed, offering a clean, straightforward layout that enables quick access to detailed analytics, device management, and network settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I really appreciate the ease of use and sleek management interface of the Cisco Meraki system, there are a few things that can be a bit frustrating. For one, the cloud-based setup means you’re dependent on a solid internet connection, and if that’s ever shaky, it can cause some headaches. The subscription pricing can also be a bit steep, especially for smaller businesses—it’s not the most budget-friendly option. Plus, I’ve found the hardware options to be a little limited compared to other systems, so if you need a highly customized network, Meraki might not offer the flexibility you're looking for.

Cisco Meraki has some poweful features one I have worked on its SD-WAN Solution which is seamless and highely efficient, Meraki has intelligent SD-WAn capabilities for optimized application performance, the automatic failover, real-time traffic monitoring, and built-in security features like Zero trust network access provide robust protection and reliablity , overall its scalable , secure solution for modern hybrid networks.

I do not see any dislikes about Cisco Meraki.

For me that allows users to manage, configure, and deploy network devices, protocols, and programs. Simultaneously, it collects information and delivers analytics data that enterprises can use to optimize operations and increase network security.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest disadvantage is that you lose all access to the kit in the event of an internet outage, even if you can interface with the device locally. It's kind of bug that you need to check with vendor regarding someissue encountered.

Automated Update and Security: Automatic firmware update and easy rollback creates an easy life for an IT administrator. Accessibility and Manage Configurations: Any one can access from anywhere to make immediate changes. It allows both WEB and Mobile Application to manage.

Device and Subscription Cost is higher. There are few limitations on Configurations.
