It is made of Ultra High Impact structural copolymer that makes it extremely strong and durable. Its exclusive 1/4" (6.4 mm) neoprene o-ring and ABS latches seal perfectly and includes an automatic purge valve for quick equalization after changes in atmospheric pressure. Your equipment can fit into the high density foam of the case for total subjection and protection against impact, vibration or shock.

I defy anyone to find a better case. Pelican cases are waterproof and damn near shock proof too. Yeah, they are a bit bulky but what do you want from something that pretty much guarantees the safety of your most delicate technology?? Pelican cases are the BEST!

I use these cases to store fragile network tools and some sporting goods that need to be locked up for security. The cases are crazy strong, and the foam can be plucked to fit around any tools or accessories. The locking rings are strong, though the smaller models are just molded in, no metal reinforcements. I

I would take these to the end of the earth and back, and I have no doubt my gear would survive. Well worth the price.
