Rated 5 out of 5 bymsteinhilber from nullWe have used Cisco, HP and Juniper switches in our enterprise over the years and Juniper is the vendor I keep going back to. The command line on Junos based devices is so much more intuitive and friendly to work with for an administrator than anything else on the market that I've used. They are feature filled and perform very well. One review noted issues with outages related to the Junos version. Generally speaking, I haven't had any issues on my Juniper devices running the JTAC recommended version of Junos. They can be a bit of a learning curve if you're new to Junos but well worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 byJames6063 from nullThe Juniper EX2200 switches are great devices. They have amazing thruput and very reliable. We recently added these switches to our HQ after having them in our production enviorment for many years. With SNMP setup, there is a great deal of information available in SW that really makes this a great switch. The only downfall is the GUI is rather slow. If you can get along with a semislow UI or are ok with using the CLI, this is really nothing to complain about.

Rated 5 out of 5 bybiff simpson from nullWe bought three of these as part of a VOIP implemenation and had to take them out of service. Why? Six outages in six months, problems with the operating systems which had to be downgraded, configuration problems where spanning tree doesn't play nice with Cisco, ports that drop out, etc. Add to that the fact that we can't reboot a switch without removing some of the POE connections and this has been a disaster. We are replacing them with Cisco 2960's with POE.
