Eric Abel
Senior Sales Engineer, Jamf
Eric Abel is a senior field sales engineer for Jamf. He has over 13 years of experience in the management and security industries.
He was there for the glory days of Blackberry and favors modern management techniques that promote specialization in some areas and partnerships in others. Abel is based in Chicago and enjoys shuffleboard and hiking trails in his free time.
Gabriel Adler
Manager, Digital Experience, CDW
Gabriel Adler is a manager of digital experience for CDW.
He has more than 18 years of experience in information technology and is an accomplished technology leader with outstanding team building skills and a solid understanding of business and technology. He is a forward-thinking change agent who enables sustainable growth across multiple technology disciplines. Prior to joining CDW, Adler worked in the diamond supply chain as a logistical distributor internationally.
Brian Campbell
VP, Digital Experience, CDW
Brian Campbell is vice president of digital experience for CDW. In this role, he is responsible for all presales and services delivery functions in collaboration, workspace and productivity solutions.
He has nearly 25 years of experience. Campbell began his career at CDW in 1998, serving in various sales and sales management positions. Prior to assuming his current role, he was director of digital experience for collaboration and workspace and also served as director of integrated technology solutions for small business at CDW. He is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and Grand Canyon University with an executive master’s degree in business administration.
Nathan Coutinho
Global Head of Analyst Relations and Business Strategy, Logitech
Nathan Coutinho is the global head of analyst relations and business strategy at Logitech. With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, he has held various leadership roles in executive leadership, consulting, engineering, marketing and technical sales.
Coutinho's responsibilities at Logitech include leading the strategy and execution of Logitech's B2B solutions, ranging from personal solutions to scalable conference room solutions. With a strong background in managing national practices, evaluating emerging technologies and educating clients on market trends, Coutinho has a primary focus on business continuity, collaboration, cloud and data center optimization. He is a graduate of Indiana State University with a bachelor's degree in management information systems and a minor in accounting.
Lisa Cuthbertson
Director, Digital Experience, CDW
A creative, down to earth and strategic results-oriented professional executive and successful serial entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in technology, business development, sales, field operations, product/project delivery, strategic business analysis and performance management.
Proven ability to create, enhance, operate and exit businesses from start up ventures to fully scaled out mature organizations. Expertise in identifying, developing and operating new business ventures, surfing the waves of technology innovation, developing key insights from complex data and market context, and building rapid value for both my clients, customers and investors. 6 successful personal exits for myself , my investors and my teams and critical roles in over a dozen successful mergers and acquisitions ranging from 5MM to 500MM.
Kevin Ferrell
Sales Director, Customer Experience, Americas, Cisco
Kevin Ferrell is a sales director for customer experience in North and South America for Cisco.
He is responsible for both premise and cloud contact center solutions including digital channels. Before his current role, Ferrell held several roles with the company including global enterprise and contact center regional manager for the U.S. South and Latin America. He has over 30 years of experience and previously held several sales roles with AT&T. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and has served on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Dallas and as president of the Executive Committee for Interlink in north central Texas.
Ingrid Gonzalez
Sales Director, Workspace, Google
Ingrid Gonzalez is a sales director for Workspace in North America for Google Cloud. She joined Google in 2017, and since joining, has successfully built and led a strong cloud sales team that is focused on changing the world with data-driven innovation.
In 2022 she was appointed to run the corporate Workspace team for North America. Combining her expertise in collaboration, productivity solutions, business development, and product advocacy, Gonzalez has been able to drive transformation, revenue growth, and Go-to-Market strategies that have captured new market share. She is a versatile executive and client advocate with more than 20 years of leadership and international sales experience in established Fortune 500, startup, and on/offshore organizations. Throughout her career she has worked for companies such as Dell, IBM, and Microsoft. Outside of work, Gonzalez focuses on her passions, which are to help drive diversity, inclusion, and equal parity to our communities that need it the most. In July 2020 she was appointed president and chairwoman of the board of directors of Positive Planet US, a non-profit organization helping underprivileged communities to leave poverty through entrepreneurship. Gonzalez has a master's degree in entrepreneurship from Master HEC Entrepreneurs, speaks 5 languages and is an aficionada of classical music, art and discovering the world.
Rocky Grubb
Manager, Contact Center Pre-Sales, CDW
Rocky Grubb leads the contact center pre-sales team for CDW. Prior to his current role, he was a collaboration field solutions architect and collaboration national team lead.
He began his career in telecommunications in the United States Marine Corps. During his 20-year career his assignments included; five years in ground combat operations, communications chief, Republic of Korea Marine liaison team, and communications chief team 3 National Military Command Center - Joint Chiefs of Staff, to name a few. After the Marines, Grubb accepted a position as a sales engineer for a major telecommunications provider. It was there that he found a passion for working with customers and the complexities of voice, video, and data communications. He worked in both pre-sales and delivery roles before finding his way to CDW.
Charles Hicks
Director of CX Partnerships, Zoom
Charles Hicks is director of cx partnerships at Zoom and has 20 years of experience across operations, consulting, sales and marketing. He has helped companies like Apple, JP Morgan, and Humana transform their customer experiences for the modern age.
Michael Kennedy
Vice President, Technology Enablement and Strategy, CDW
Michael Kennedy is vice president of technology enablement and strategy for CDW. He is responsible for the planning and delivery of the multiyear technology roadmap and leading the strategic transformation program across processes and technology.
Kennedy joined CDW in 2021 and brings over 20 years of experience in business transformation, product management and corporate strategy. His experience includes developing new digital products and creating go-to-market strategies in industries ranging from online marketing to autonomous driving. Before joining CDW, Kennedy was the senior director of business planning for highly autonomous driving at HERE Technologies. Prior to that, Kennedy served in a series of leadership roles for global products and services at The Marketing Store, Navteq and Constellation Energy. Kennedy is a veteranof the U.S. Army, serving for five years as an armor officer. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy West Point and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Joel Kuhn
Director, Presales Technical Consulting, Hybrid Work Solutions, HP Poly
Joel Kuhn is director of technical consulting for hybrid solutions at HP Poly. In this role, he leads a team of technologists that advise customers on best practices and solutions in unified communication and collaboration, hybrid work and return-to-work initiatives.
He has nearly 30 years of combined experience across the unified communication and collaboration, video, voice and data industries. Kuhn recently built a new team to focus on U.S. mid-market customers, and has held roles at HP Poly focusing on enterprise, government and education customers, as well as HP Poly’s partner community. Prior to joining HP Poly, he worked in the CTO offices of Avaya and Nortel and in various solution development and engineering roles, developing large-scale unified communications architectures for global customers. He holds a master of science in electrical engineering and computer engineering from the University of Michigan, and a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from the Michigan Technological University.
Sean Millerd
Enterprise Collaboration Architect, CDW
Sean Millerd is an enterprise collaboration architect for CDW. He came to CDW with nearly 20 years of IT experience as an engineer delivering collaboration solutions to customers.
He draws on his experience in network and collaboration engineering and architecture, and pre- and post-sales consulting to help customers develop the best collaboration experience. Millerd is able to lead discussions and provide guidance to navigate the collaboration solution landscape and bring forward the best selections to meet business needs. He has been honing his skillset in technical engineering and architecture roles for most of his career. He has held technical roles as an IT team member and as a consultant and understands first-hand the challenges IT organizations face. Millerd lives in Omaha, Nebraska and provides coverage for sales teams in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas.

Christoper Reed is the director of end-user computing for VMware. His mission is to help people, build lasting relationships that allow him to learn what he doesn’t know, teach what he does know and enhance the quality of life for others through technology.
Scott Rendell

Scott Rendell is a cloud solution architect for Microsoft, where he helps Microsoft partners develop communications strategies and offerings. Rendell has more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications.
Tony Suffoletto

Tony Suffoletto is the director of the Inscape team for CDW which is focused on developing the world’s best and most comprehensive cloud and SaaS management platform.
Inscape is an encompassing cloud business platform of service offerings to help clients discover, manage, govern, report, optimize, adopt, train and procure the most popular cloud and SaaS applications. Suffoletto joined CDW as part of the Sirius Computer Solutions acquisition where he spent 11 years as the leader of Microsoft Teams. Prior to Sirius, he was a director at Champion Solutions Group for more than 10 years. His role was to build key business partnerships, intellectual property and Microsoft support offerings.
Sheena Vojta
Director, Digital Experience, CDW
Sheena is a director in CDW’s digital experience organization with over 20 years of technical and leadership experience.
She currently leads strategy, presales for all corporate customers west of the Mississippi, and go-to-market, consisting of solutions architects, business development resources, integrated services engagement specialists, and software solutions engineers dedicated to the calling, meeting, messaging, contact center, mobility lifecycle and client virtualization solutions. Prior to her current role she was a senior manager in collaboration with responsibility for presales collaboration solutions.

Carolyn Wiesenhahn
Chief People Officer, CDW
Carolyn Wiesenhahn is the chief people officer and senior vice president of coworker services for CDW. She is responsible for empowering CDW coworkers to reach their full potential and to help CDW fulfill its purpose: to make technology work so that people can do great things.
She oversees the company’s coworker services strategy and all aspects of its human capital plan, including talent acquisition and employment branding; organizational and leadership development; sales training; compensation; benefits; diversity, equity and inclusion; performance management; and succession planning. With more than 20 years of experience as an outcomes-oriented human resources executive and attorney, Wiesenhahn brings extensive experience partnering across functions to build and deliver people strategies that accelerate and enable business strategies. She joined CDW in 2022 from CVS Health Corporation, where she served in leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to moving into HR, Wiesenhahn was a practicing employment lawyer. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and English literature from Miami University and a JD from Boston University School of Law.
