Poor hardware
When it works, the scanner does a good job, but of the half-dozen or so that I've purchased 3 or 4 have failed within the 1st or 2nd year. If it is within the 1 year warranty they will replace it. My experience with support has also been pretty poor . I recommend you look for a better option.
