Ideal for surface mount applications, especially in confined spaces. Mount for either side or base entry of cables. Boxes come with mounting screws and adhesive tape, and a cable tie for strain relief. The snap-on cover enables easy closure or access for quick installation. Each box includes a write-on label with holder for easy designation of different system or station. Contacts are phosphor bronze plated with 50 µ inch hard gold.

Easy to use if you have a punch down tool and they look great when done.If you buy the ones marked "Surface Mount" they have mounting screws and stick on foam pad. The punch down keystone was easy to use and has a crimp strain relief for a firm connection.The block also has markable tags to insert under clear plastic to lable the block and there are plastic inserts to mark the type of connection... ie, Cat5e logo or Cat 6 logo and so on.

Rated 5 out of 5 byGregory from Excellent productI used it in a commercial installation with no problems. Simple, easy to install with readable pinout coloring. Used one just for a test, when I was pleased I used more for the remainder of the installation.
