If they are having problems filling orders due to corona, they should remove the "In Stock" status and alert customers that expedited delivery is not an option. Still don't have my order. Can't very well rate a product I never got.

The black ink has been unavailable for more than 6 months. When I asked, in the online chat, I was told to keep checking. Finally bought it somewhere else.

I have had the ink cartridge in the printer less than a full month and it will not print; the paper goes through the printer and comes out blank...every time. I tried to print three times and each time this happened. I eventually left my house to go to the nearest library to use their computer and printer.

The print looks like the ribbon is running out of ink instead of looking dark like a brand new ribbon should look. I’m very disappointed in the quality!!!!

I didn't want to go back and find out how to cancel it, so I went ahead and paid for them. The last time I ordered inks, the materials were sent with my order. I didn't even know they were ordered, but there was no charge for them. So, I just let it go. The inks are fine, but I have no use for the photo materials, Bother.
