The ink is fine, the Canon website leaves a lot to be desired. Also, why does it cost less for the combo pack with the photo paper (that I do not want and will end up throwing away than without the paper?

I love that I can click on the desktop icon and order my ink directly from Canon. It gets to me super fast, I don't have to leave my house and fight traffic to get to a store. I'll buy my ink in this fashion for as long as I have a printer/scanner.

I have a MP495 printer that is several years old & the printer still works great especially the quality of my photos. I love the auto refill notification. The photo paper along with my printer & ink produces excellent pictures. I plan to stick with cannon printers from now on. Trust me I have had PC’s since 1995 and have purchased many printers this one has been the best

Quality and pricing
I am always pleased with the quality of the ink and my Canon printer. Prior to purchasing it, I used a laser printer (which I assumed would give a sharper printout. Finding the quality equal, and the Canon also included color printouts, my laser printer has been relegated to the shelf and the Canon is my primary printer. There is no cost savings in using this ink; the plus is having this extra option.
Also, I like buying it with the photo sheets NOT because I need them, I like the discount you provide with that purchase option.

Poor quality, faded light color, bad color photos
Very surprised that the ink was of poor quality coming from a Canon product. The color of the printed photo was faded, very very light. Repeated and was no change.Did another photo and had the same bad results.Wasted time, photo paper,etc.
A long wait time for the mail too, was frustrating. There needs to have a trouble shoot FYI with the ink set.
