After 3 weeks went by without receiving my order, I complained to Customer Relations. David in Customer Relations contacted me by telephone and after I gave him information to track down my order, he stated he could not find where an order had been placed. He stated he needed to check further and would call me back asap. Well, I think David forgot about me because it has been 3 days since we last spoke. I am very disappointed in Canon and would not recommend initiating an online order for ink because your request may go into a deep hole without being filled.

Within a short time my copies were incomplete and often blurry. When I opened the printer there was black ink all over the place. I cleaned up the mess, ordered my ink from Canon and upon its arrival & installation saw immediate and dramatic difference. Nice quality copies.....no smudges, no partially printed pages, etc.. I will never use any ink other than the proper ink from Canon.

Normally I would just write down the info and run out to the store and pick it up but that was pre-covid. I had a pop-up on my computer screen from Canon showing the exact ink that I needed so I figured, cool let me check this out. I was really pleased to see that the price was low and the shipping would be fast so win-win. I ordered my ink and it arrived in just a few days and I never had to leave my house and worry about going out to the store. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Save money with PIXMA cartridges I don't do much printing so with my old printer the print heads often got blocked and the print cartridges would malfunction. The result was having to replace cartridges before all of the ink was used and it really got expensive. Since I got the Canon TS5100 printer I have not had to replace any ink cartridges before they were empty. The PIXMA cartridges have the print heads built into the cartridge so I am getting new print heads each time the cartridge is replaced. In the future I will only buy printers that use cartridges with the print heads in the cartridge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from regretting my purchase I purchased a Canon all in one printer that uses this ink . At first I thought the ink is cheaper than the other printer I have which is a different brand, however, I have to change the ink in my printer every 2-3 days and so the money I spend is actually more than the other printer not to mention the constant running back and forth to the store. These cartridges say XL but really don't hold much ink. 50-100 pages max before the ink is out.

I use my printer a lot, and really use more black ink than color. I ordered online at the Canon site, and I received my order very quickly. I also like the “live chat” option. That is a very nice touch to help anyone unsure about what they need to purchase. Great job Canon !!

And the checkout was simple. Havent installed the cartridge only cause there is ink in the other still...but I expect no issues.
