The bag is of decent size and the price is great. The shoulder strap is one big negative. It has popped loose several times causing my laptop to hit the ground. I can't find the cause or a reason, it just pops loose occasionally. Also, the strap slips over time and gets longer. The handle on the top is completely falling apart after 2 years. I rarely use the handle since it has a strap, so I guess the handle is just weak. It still does what it is supposed to, so I would recommend with a warning.
