This CDW Configuration Service covers design and creation of a single CDW Custom Asset Tag/label template. This template is to be used when printing custom asset tags or labels for the Customer.
SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT
This SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT (“SOE”), together with the Agreement between the CDW entity selling the Services described herein (“Seller”) and the customer ordering such Services (“Customer”) shall be deemed to be a contract upon Seller’s acceptance of Customer’s order.
SCOPE OF SERVICE
Includes the following tasks:
• Configuration Services Engineer consultation and creation of one CDW Custom Asset Tag/label template in the applicable software
• Digital proof of the label if applicable will be provided to the Customer for final approval prior to hardening of the tag/label template.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following tasks:
• Complete a Custom Tag Creation Questionnaire provided by CDW Account Manager
• Review and approve digital proof sent to Customer by CDW via email
ASSUMPTIONS
• A customized asset tag will be applied to system next to serial number unless otherwise specified by Customer
• Any product that accepts the following size labels:
1.25" x 0.5”
2.0" x 0.75”
3" x 2"
3" x 4"
OUT OF SCOPE
• CDW Configuration Services tracking of orders, shared documents, or hosting of Customer project calls; is the sole responsibility of the CDW Account Manager sales unless specified as part of scope of service for another CDW Configuration Services resource.
• Utilizing asset tag stock outside of CDW Configuration Services standards that are kept in inventory
• Printing of custom asset tag/label samples to be shipped to the Customer (available as a separate service).
• Performing any services not specified herein (additional services can be quoted by a CDW Account Manager)
SERVICES FEES
The fees due under this SOE include fees for Services and related expenses, as specified in the applicable order.
CONTACT PERSON
Each party will appoint a person to provide approvals/decisions (“Contact Person”)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This SOE shall be governed by Seller’s “SOW Services,” accessed via the “Terms & Conditions” link at www.cdw.com unless Customer has entered into a written agreement with Seller covering Customer’s purchase of services from Seller (the “Agreement”). If there is a conflict between this SOE and the Agreement, then the Agreement will control, except as expressly amended in this SOE by specific reference to the Agreement. References in the Agreement to a SOW or a Work Order apply to this SOE.
