Worked just like the documentation said it would and resolved my print quality issues. To get a 5 star rating, a return lable should have been included to send back the part I replaced.

Was told by another employee this would be around $200 and i went to Dell and looked it up and was pleasantly surprised to find it for a little over $50! We went on You Tube and found the easiest way to install. Thanks Dell. Ya'll are tops.

Toner Cartridge Compatibility with Dell Printer
I purchased this toner cartridge for my Dell printer, but unfortunately, upon receiving it, I encountered some issues. Upon attempting a straightforward replacement, I found that it did not function as expected. Instead, a red blinking light appeared on top of the printer, rendering it unusable with the new cartridge. To resolve this, I had to navigate into the toner settings and manually select "non-Dell" toner for my Dell printer to recognize it—a step that I believe should not have been necessary. Disappointingly, this crucial detail was not mentioned anywhere in the instructions provided. It was only after some trial and error, out of desperation for it to work, that I stumbled upon this solution.

Solved my problem
A new drum was just what I needed to fix my streaky copies. It was affordable, arrived quickly, and was easy to install. I'm still waiting to find out if I can recycle the old one (which would have been helpful to know).
