This toner cartridge only lasted about 6 weeks of light printing. The yield is closer to 350 than 700 pages.
I'm already having to repurchase. I'd highly recommend a higher yield black cartridge.

Great Product.
In the 8 years I've owned my Dell Inspiron and Laser Printer, I've always ordered Dell Toners from the Dell Company. I always get the order filled and they are at my door very quickly, and everything is handled expeditiously. I've never had a toner with problems, issues or failure. I change when the system says the one installed is done, and put the new one in, and I'm back in business. Quality product, and fast service. I'm sold by performance and experience.

Like the printer -this toner is clear and the colors are all bright. The cartridges are easy to install and last up to and maybe past the 700 page rating. Very good product.

Easy breezy
Nothing is easier than replacing toner cartridge's with Dell. The printer pop-up message shows me when I need toner and takes me to the Dell ordering page. I choose my toner, pay through my Dell account, and my toner arrives in a day or two. I pop out the old cartridge, pop in the new one, and use the UPS label provided by Dell to recycle the old one. Easy, breezy - no worries!

Easy To Use and SAVE $$$$$$
I was unsurre about buying this product but man am I glad I did it has saved me in printer cost and has made me print more articles and othe items that I normally would not do. I have owned several printers but never a Laser and am delighted with this one and the toner that I added when I bought it. I am a Dell only man. And will continue you to tell my friends and clients how far along they have come in their product line and their customer service which continues to improve.

Quality of black toner was terrible
The quality of the black toner is terrible. Something wrong with what I received. Even though
it showed almost full the strength of the black color was very week. I have used your products for over a decade and this is the first time I had a big quality problem. If the problem persists I will need to buy another printer from another brand as my business needs to have high quality communications in writing. You should consider sending me a free of charge new black toner and hopefully that one will be of your usual good qualtiy.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ordered the wrong color and canceled within the first minute of ordering only to discover that they did not cancel my order. When I called back they told me that they would recall the package which they did, But then they want to charge me a restocking charge. I never agreed to this, plus I ordered it before it should have been shipped. I'm still getting the runaround and haven't received my Dell cash back yet after 2 weeks. Terrible terrible customer service. I've wasted over two and a half hours dealing with this stupid issue. Shame on you Dell!!
