Dell can't keep inventory for Dell printer parts.
Drum works great if you can get dell to ship it too you within a month. This order took 33 days before it shipped. I had to agree to wait multiple times per FCC regulations. Dell support gave false tracking number that was delivered to a different state, later than promised. If you are in need for one of these look up Dell Part 331-9810 instead, it costs more but is typically in stock.
