Poor Packaging
Toner just thrown on front porch in original packaging that was rained on that day.Not even sure if its going to work. The box was soaked and just fell off!!!!

Extremely Late Delivery Service
I ordered this toner on 3/29/2024, but it didn't arrive until 7/2/2024. It took more than THREE MONTHS to receive the product I paid for. I will let other customers draw their own conclusions based on these facts.

Printer Spooler Issues
Happened twice when I installed new cartridges. Had to go to services.msc to get into printer spooler. Kept on getting no paper error. Restart printer spooler and corrected problem.

easy to use and I get a lot of miles out of it. When it runs low I just take it out, shake it up[ and put it back in then send for another from Dell and it gets here before I run out.

Cartridge didn't fit.
This cartridge would not insert into my printer, even though it was labeled the same as the old cartridge. I will have to call customer service. Very disappointed, as I waited a long time to receive this one.
