Pricey and shipped slow
Quality of print good but cartridge was expensive. Also it took almost a month from order date to receiving. Would advise you keep an extra on hand but expensive to do so.

Easy to order, easy to install.
We are really please with our laser dell printer. Very basic b/w copies. The ink has lasted 1 year for us for the past 3 years. You avoid the hassle of always running out of ink and having to drive to store for refills. Very easy to install and you can recycle the used ink with the same box.

I use all Dell printers at our company and always buy the toner from dell.com.. I love that it's so simple and fast to order and that we get a price break + free recycling.
I could probably find the toner a little cheaper elsewhere, but then I'd have to drive to get it, then drive back to recycle and, well, what a hassle!
I've never had a problem ordering my toner and other consumables from dell.com and would highly recommend it to anybody!

Print quality is fine, could offer more communication. Toner that ships with printer is a joke, I got 340 pages before it registered at 0%. Make sure you order another one with it as you'll run out quickly.

Don't buy ink jet b/c it is initially cheaper or another product other than Dell. In the long run, laser is cheaper and you can rely on Dell support.

Black Toner Cartridge
While the product is good, the one problem I've encountered is that if I print a longish document from my WORD files, some lines cone out in heavier ink than others, i.e. not all even. This is not a problem if I'm printing from the Internet or e-mail.

2500 page cart. for the 1135n laser printer
PROS
I originally had the 1500 page cart and it went so fast. Having the 2500 lets me go that much longer withought having to run out in the middle of an important project. The free return of the old cart. is great as well so your not just throwing it out, with the going green initiative going on.
CONS
Wish it could be bigger, and maybe a slight discount given on the next purchase with the reurn of the old cart.
REVIEW
Spend the the few extra bucks for the enxtended life cart. It will help in the future.
