The cartridge works fine. I thought it was too expensive. I had some questions so I actually called after doing an online chat. The first person I talked to was a young woman who really couldn't answer my question altho' I'm not sure I understood much of what she said since almost anyone anymore I've talked to is Indian with hard to understand accents. I called back to talk to a "tech person" and got a man who I am guessing was either Irish or Scottish. Couldn't understand him much either, but the difference was he was rude. At no time did anyone I either chatted with or talked to explained my issue to me. I had to figure it out myself.

The E515dw is tight & compact mono-chrome laser printer. I prefer laser printer for the crisp and good resolution printouts Add a phat toner cartridge and you get the convince of the office (printing forever) at home! It actually comes as a little surprise when you see "low toner" message. But no worries when that message comes up, there is still plenty of toner left. And time to go online an order another with superlative ease and use standard shipping!! Sweet!

Beware - printer stops printing when cartridge hits a fixed page count limit
We print pages with a large amount of blank space. The printer stopped printing when the cartridge hit a Dell imposed page count limit despite there being no print quality issues. A mechanical tweak to the cartridge defeated the page count limit. The "depleted" cartridge has now printed an additional 400+ and counting pages with no issues.

It Installed seamlessly. No issues. This is how changing a toner cartridge is supposed to work. I did not get a smidgen of toner anywhere. The printer instantly acknowledged the new toner and happily started printing away. This is why you buy a Dell. No hassles, it just works.
