This refill will last about 2 years based on my usage of printer which satisfies me very well. I bought it in advance so I would have an at hand replacement and not be waiting for a new refill to arrive.

Dell makes ordering the cartridges very simple and ships them securily so they get straight to you and not lost. The cartridges are easy to install and I find troubleshooting a poor performing cartridge easy and correction easy. I really like using these cartridges in my laser printer.

Buyer Be Careful
I recently use the new toners for the first time two days ago to photo approximately 30 copies and the message on the printer's screen reads the toner {s} needs to be replaced. Very odd because the ink on all the copies is very bright and easy to read.

I actually bought a no-name brand first. Big mistake. The Dell cartridges last longer and are just better. I run wrestling tournaments and have to print out brackets after each round. That’s a lot of printing. I’m just happier with real Dell products.

Thr product is good, however, the ordering process SUCKS. You can no longer order by phone you have to order by computer. What do people without a computer so? You can no longer order from the person who answers the phone. They send you an email and you have to order by email. I will no longer buy DELL products and wll get rid of the Dell products I have so I do not have to order Dell prosucts
