I was not pleased with the service that I received from Dell in reference to the toner that I purchased..I requested to return the toner and I did not receive a favorable response from Dell.

Dell GGCTW toner -- 8500 page
The problem with this product is it tells us we are out of ink when clearly we are not. There is not way to override this, making us have to change the cartridge before it is empty. The cartridge counts pages printed. We do not print full pages when printing our orders, so we are wasting ink on an expensive product. It would be ice if you could use the ink until the cartridge is empty, which is how it used to be.
Customer service has been helpful in giving us options to try to override to use cartridge longer, but nothing has worked.
Other than this, cartridge is fine. But this is a huge waste and expense.

Buy the real toner. Its going to save you money in the long run. Do not buy one of those off market brands because they either don’t work in your printer or run out of ink quickly.

Poor cartridge housing manufactoring.
Housing DID NOT slide into the printer smoothly as others before did. Took four forceful attempts to seat cartridge. Was hanging up the right side. Forced in.
