I finally got a working product.
I had a very hard time getting a working product. The first two didn't come with a power cord. The box it was delivered in was smashed up pretty good but the box was twenty times bigger than the product so the airbags protected it. It worked as soon as I tried it. Now I just need to see how the refund process will work? I'm ready to ship the wrong parts back.

Finally the third one they sent me worked.
The product works great just very hard and time-consuming get the right one.
