What do you like best about the product?
ePO is an centralized console which is very helpful as we don't need to login multiple consoles for trellix products. We can manage all the trellix products from the centralized console. Also it gets easily integrated with AD and siem solutions, trellix support is also very quick as they respond on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Console will be bit harder for an beginners as there are multiple module options are available.

The dashboard shows clear view of our security status, it help find and fix security issues quickly. it use to stop threats . customer support is good.

Managing many servers can be difficult and the cost isn't always clear.

As per the other endpoint product terllix is an best and quality product to deploy in the customer enviorment User friendly dashord easy to configure and migrate and intrigate with other security tools easy to manage

If by mistakely agent removeed by the administrator from the end users systems it was an bit tricy to reverd back

ePO is easy to deploy. Policy management for us is easy. Integration with the SIEM tool for management is simple. The email alert configurations provide unique and detailed information about products. The product maltfuctioning reports offer clear visibility. ePO updates can be easily installed directly from the ePO software catalog. Customer support gave us very quick reply when we need. Implemantation made without problem. Our IT team using ePO everytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Documentation should be detailed. - GUI should be easy and smooth. - High CPU usage problems when we start scanning.

Console is user friendly and AD integartion is very easy.

Sometimes after clicking on modules it doesn't get redirected immediately and also customer support is not good.

The tool can sometimes be compex to set up and configure. Integration with other third party tools may requires etc support. Mcafee epo is not a standalone product
