Disappointed
I have had this printer for almost 2 years and buy all 4 colors at once on a regular basis. This purchase of the cyan cartridge resulted in the cartridge leaking and my having to purchase another one and replace the leaking cartridge. I could not use my printer until I received the new one because of the large streak on the printed pages.

This was a fiasco. Ordered the correct toner, during order, number was incorrect. Sent the wrong one. Had to FedEx back before I could receive the proper one. Still waiting a week for the new one.

Great but....
The toner is fine...but it is a shame I had to even buy it. I recently did an update on my printer and my after market toner stoped working. So in effect I wasted a bunch of toner...sad. I wish HP had not done that...will never buy HP again as a result.

Too Expensive--Only One Provider
Cartridge is too expensive since HP is the only provider. Don't try other companies--their cartridges will not work on an HP printer.

I am forced to spend almost $300.00 to replenish this ink. Monthly. Never do I get a coupon code or discount. If you try to save money you’re printer shuts down. I use this for work and have to wait 60 days to be reimbursed.

Your cartridges don't work in your printers!!!!
I am extremely unhappy and disappointed in HP products right now. I have a Color LaserJet Pro MFP M180nw printer that needed a new cyan toner cartridge. I have always bought my toner from Staples, but 2 consecutive purchases of cyan gave me the same error message: "Indicated cartridges blocked for containing non-HP chip."
So, I went right to the source: HP... I bought a cyan and black cartridge off your website, and I got the EXACT same error message!!!! What gives here, HP? Are you selling knock-off toner?
I would really like a live person to contact me to resolve this, as I now have a total of 3 cyan cartridges and 1 black cartridge, and none of them will work with my HP printer.
Fix this, please.
