I wrote to HP customer service about my concerns and issues dealing with my frequent purchases of ink, and my problems were immediately addressed, and beyond. Not only was everything adjusted properly, but I was also given my military discount that I had no idea was available to me and they placed it on my account so I didn't even have to do a thing and I will have it for life. How great is that. Saving me money I didn't even know I could save until they said "here, take this".
I am very happy. All issues Corrected, products shipped promptly, packaged properly and undamaged. The highest quality at the lowest cost, straight from the manufacturer, with timely response and excellent customer service... What could be better than that!

So, I'm not sure about everyone else but ordering from the actual branded websites usually means higher prices from my point of view. But HP has proven me wrong. It's absolutely the cheapest place to purchase my ink. And it's ALWAYS here the very next day. It'd be utterly foolish to not give it a whirl! Especially if you mow through your ink like i do. love the cartridge but runs out too soon
I love HP cartridges as they work the best in my HP printer, my only issue is that they don't last very long, even getting the XL extra capacity cartridges. I am lucky if I can get a month out of one, and because I only use this printer six months of the year I am not eligible for the Instant Ink program. And I use a cartridge right up until it is completely empty, not when the printer suggests it is very low.

I have ordered before and delivery and ink cartridges were fine, however this last time the black ink cartridge would not install properly; the tri-color cartridge was fine. I’m not sure how to return and reorder, so just drove to a local store to purchase a new one.

HP ink is the best, but your pop-up screen has a spelling error. Every time I print, your pop-up says 'Thank you for using HP ink cartiges.' You left out the D from the word cartridges. Please correct and maybe you will get more sales.

Either the cartridges or the printer are faulty.
My printer tells me I have about a third of my ink cartridge full, but does not print. With a new cartridge, all is fine. Where does the problem lie? Either the printer software is faulty, or the interaction of the printer and cartridge gives false readings. Either either way, HP is giving me headaches.

You should notify the customer when buying ink to make sure they received the correct number on their cartridges. Before tearing the paper off cartridges to insert. I wasted $32.00 approx because I ordered the wrong cartridge and Hp won’t give me a correct one I ordered 65XL and my printer uses 64XL. If I had bought it at Best Buy they exchange it. So much for Buying direct from HP

Trash printer?
I could not print in color before using and after using this product with my new DeskJet 3755 connected by cable. The printer has stopped printing in color. This is after wireless problems. I previously set up to print from two computers, finding afterwards that printing from one of the computers caused the other computer to lose its wireless connection. I'm ready to trash the printer.

HP Instant Ink doesn’t work if you cannot connectI
Haven’t even installed this cartridge yet, but they asked for a review. I am sure this cartridge will work fine. Only ordered it because I was moving and internet and phone took three months to install and HP instant ink couldn’t connect with my printer. HP shut down my instant ink on one of my printers and I needed these expensive ones to replace the instant ink ones that will only operate if I am connected to internet. I would like to return it because I don’t need it, but will have to pay shipping.

There are many things I don't like but it's OK
I only bought it because my win 7 12 year old computer went out. I liked the idea of the compactness But I prefer my older screen which is the same measurement but a different shape. And I like to be able to control the speakers w/o using the mouse--having to hunt for the icon and sliding the bar when I could just reach over and turn it up/down/on/off. I am not fond of Win 10--or Cortana. I used the keyboard for a year and finally put my old one on it and I don't make all the mistakes--I think it was too flat--couldn't get used to it. Also setting up my printer to do everything correctly was a chore--had to get some one to help & I still can't jump to the queue or other setting simply that group thing takes 30-40 secs to open and then it wasn't easy...sorry, but you asked. It is pretty and takes up less space but I loved Win 7. I could go on about Win 10 but that's not you...

I buy the XL cartridge as it lasts longer than the regular cartridge. Working from home I use my printer more often and using this cartridge means I don't have to purchase them as often as the regular cartridges. I also only use HP as I believe it is a better product.

Outside cartridge box arrived damaged
Ink arrived quickly but was in flimsy envelope. The cartridge box was partially crushed. The actual cartridge looks ok. I haven't installed the ink yet because I'm not ready for the refill, but hopefully it will work fine. I'm happy with the ink purchase but not happy with the packaging and damage.

I've used these cartridges for the past several years and like the longevity of them. The black cartridges seem to last longer than the multicolor ones. They are so easy to replace. Hoping my

Cartridge did not perform as expected.
I bought this HP cartridge and installed it in my printer. It only worked for a week and then the printer gave me a message that the cartridge needed to be replaced because it was empty. I am a residential user and only used the printer 2 or 3 times a week so it was obviously a defective product. I tried to call HP and did not find the customer service number anywhere on the web site. I'm very disappointed in the HP cartridge and because I couldn't get in touch with customer service, I will not be buying any HP product.

Bleeds when wet no matter the paper I use. I do plan to try photo paper soon but my hopes are low. But every time I print something if I even get a tiny drop even months later it bleeds.

Defective cartridge
I installed both my color and black cartridges. My printer works well with new color cartridge but not with black one. Indid all the trouble shooting. I installed older black cartridge which works well. Unfortunately I already threw away my black cartridge box so now I can’t return for credit.

Disappointed with This Delivery
While I never had any bad experience with recent purchases, the last HP 65XL tricolor cartridge was unacceptable. Although sealed, it appeared to have very little ink in it for printing. Fortunately I had a spare so it was not a big deal.
My decision now is to reorder on line or find a store with what I need.

One Black Ink Cartridge is Completely Inop. The machine told me that the black cartridge (although JUST replaced with a new one right out of the package) was no good but other troubleshooting on the website led me around for an hour before I just gave up and opened the 2nd one. Good thing I ordered two. The 2nd one worked and would love to return the first one for a replacement.

Your web site suggested I use a #65 inkjet cartridge in a D2600 series desktop inkjet printer. I bought one and it does not work. The cartridge in the printer (D2600) is a #60. I am returning the #65 in the return envelope. You have your cartridge and my money. Would it be possible to exchange the black-XL 65 for a black-XL 60 cartridge?

I recently purchased a new HP Deskjet 2655 Printer & I love it!!! It's wireless & operates solely on WiFi so one less cord to plug in. I purchased it through Amazon @ an excellent price a few months back & am so pleased that I did. Had a different HP printer for years, which simply "wore out" so have always remained a loyal HP customer. I also get my ink cartridges online through their "HP Store" - not only receive a discount but they are at my door next day! I wish the price wasn't so high because the ink runs out so quickly. I'm finding that I have to constantly replace one or the other - black or color. It's back and forth - costing me a fortune to maintain my printing needs. The ink itself is great quality, but it would be better, if the price wasn't so costly... or if it lasted longer. I don't remember having to replace my Canon ink this often.

I have always used HP printers for YEARS. I have recently purchased a HP Deskjet 2652 for my general purpose home printer.
I'm very disappointed with this printer and the ink itself. The window on the printer is so small it is very hard to see, and it will only hold a few sheets of paper at a time.
At first, when I ran out of ink so quickly, I went online to reorder and realized there are two different sizes of ink cartridges so I bought the XL version. To my dismay, that XL ran out very quickly, after just maybe 100 images at most.
I don't think I can afford to use this printer because of the ink prices.

I have a new HP printer and of course my starter black ink cartridge chose the day before Thanksgiving to run out. I live in a small town and normally I would drive the 10 miles to Walmart to buy a new cartridge. but no way was I going to do so on Black Friday/weekend. So I chose to order my HP cartridge on-line from HP. The cartridge arrived quickly. Both the ink cartridge and the service I received made me happy!

The cost for your original ink through the HP site is the same as any other brick store (Walmart) or internet store. Think of it no hassle with driving, parking, etc. Great for your budget in that you're not in a brick store purchasing numerous other items that you happened to see. Pluses are the free delivery and the timely delivery at no charge. Nothing but pluses.

I got the HP 65XL to get more pages. If you just buy two HP 65 cartridges you get about 240 pages and with the XL you get 300 pages for less than two basic cartridges. I'm glad to see that since so many larger sizes from many companies is actually more expensive than buying two smaller ones. It is very easy to remove the old cartridge and install the new and there is no mess involved. I kind of wish HP would sell a XXL version of this cartridge!

Many HP printers over the years, works well with my HP desktop. Tried the Instant Ink because, much cheaper but only reg. not XL in program. Reg don't last as long and like so much today, too complicated and not worth it. Each printer requires differed numbered cartridges so I keep one black and one 4 color in reserve when the ones installed are used up.

I called the next day and before I even sent the incorrect cartridge back I was sent the replacement which came the next day as I was out returning the incorrect. HP people in Tenn. did a good job in replacing the incorrect one.

I purchased this ink about 2 months ago & applied it on my printer as soon as I received it. I tried printing papers afterwards & there was no ink on the papers. I ended up watching a YouTube video that helps make dry ink start to work again. I saw there was ink in the cartridge but it was so dry that there’s a blockage that prevented ink to show on the paper. Ink cartridge still doesn’t show up on anything I print.

HP doesn’t stand behind their mistakes!
Using the printers software I trusted HPs “easy” ink repurchasing process. The software properly identified my printer, took me to the website, and told me which product I needed. I ordered two replacement cartridges... and upon receipt of same it was discovered that HP had identified the wrong cartridge for my printer. I called customer service and they advised that they cannot refund my money for a mistake that I made in ordering. I finally got a manager who agreed to refund my money, but only after returning the cartridges to them. All I had to do was print a fedex label and mail it back. You would think a printer company would understand the difficulty in PRINTING a label when one is OUT OF INK!!!! Epic fail! I have purchased a new printer for about the same cost as these two cartridges. The new printer came with free ink, so i could print my fedex label. I’m returning the ink today, and will never go back to HP again!

Cartridge didn't work
We put the new cartridge in at the same time as the black cartridge and the printer wouldn't print. It said there was an error with the print cartridges. We took out the new color one and put the old one in and it worked fine.

You were smart enough to buy an HP printer, why would you use anything other than HP ink? It may cost a little bit more but when it comes to printer ink, don't be penny-wise, and pound foolish. You get what you pay for, and if you pay for less, expect it.

I have ordered ink direct from HP for years. I receive it in two or three days (freight free) and do not have to be afraid of bad ink in recycled cartridges. On occasion I take advantage of a special and get ink at a reduced price. Is that great or what!!!!

Hp software led me to the wrong ink cartridge
The software that popped up and alerted me I needed a new ink cartridge sent me to the HP site, but the page that it sent me to was for the HP 65, when I actually needed the HP 61 for my printer. Last time I ever trust the HP software to do its job correctly. To everyone else, check and double check that you're getting the right ink cartridge before you buy, because of course you can't get a refund on these overpriced items!

The 2 ink cartridges I ordered were delivered the next afternoon- less than 24hrs after I ordered them, a pleasant and welcome(!) surprise, especially considering I don’t live in a large city or near a major logistics hub. Really great.
My only complaint is that the printer itself came with ink cartridges so small they can only be described as something of a “trial size” ...so that after you print about 3 or 4 normal length text documents (say 5 pages each), you have to buy more ink. A new printer should just come with normal sized ink cartridges.
That said, again, purchasing the ink was super easy and the delivery was mind bogglingly fast. No problems with it so far, and comes with a postage-paid bag to send empty cartridges to be recycled properly.
I recommend this product.

XL Size saves Money
This 65XL prints up to 300 pages. The base size HP 65 prints only 120 pages and is over half the price of the 65XL. I tried the HP cartridges from sellers off Ebay and found they were near or already expired. Didn't last long and seemed dried up. No substitute for doing things right. HP 65LX is perfect and best value for your dollar.

I ordered this when the cartridges were on sale. Instead of arriving in 2 days as advertised, it was 4. To make matters worse
The cartridge did not print. After an hour and a half on the internet with a customer service rep, she ordered a replacement cartridge which did not arrive for 1 week. That finally solved my problem. I was without use of my
printer for 2 weeks because I was sent a defective cartridge.

I choose HP each and everytime because it is simple and only takes a few minutes to swap out the empty cartridge and replce it with a ready-to-go cartridge. Not the least expensive, but the most dependable.

Works Great. Costs Too Much!
If HP ink cartridges don't work in their own machines, something is very wrong. Duh! But here are a couple things that will lead me to look elsewhere. First, the ink level indicator on the old cartridge showed that there should have been more life in it. We really didn't use it much so I assumed it was just clotting. I went through several sheets of paper trying to clean and align the cartridge before I gave up and figured it was bad. So, I ordered a new one with double capacity. That's where the second issue came up for me - the excessive cost. There seems to be no justification. With so much competition out there, the only hook HP has is that their cartridges bear the same name as their printers. It feels safer to use their products. It's not. Of course, some of the competition is lousy, but the cost difference is worth the risk. Bye HP!

I have made a purchase through the HP app 4 times now and for whatever reason this last time the cartridge came to me not functioning- would not sync up with my computer. I went to Walmart to purchase another only to discover that it was $10 cheaper. It was extra work for me and now I will always worry that it is not going to work. Also, now I have to go back and figure out how to get my money back for the defective cartridge. I think I will just be going to walmart now.

No problem with the ink , and price , the problem for me is the service, if you choose to go the ordering thru their website it claims it ships the next day and maybe so , but every time I’ve did thru their web app it takes a week to get it here , now I give up on that service , I just drive to the offficemax and get the ink same day. I went through the messenger app and tried what I was told. After about 5 hours of that I was told to return to sales. After a few more hoops to jump through, it wasn’t solved. I canceled payment on my credit card. I would return the cartridge if you send me the return envelope postage paid.

I was worried that the 65XL Black cartridge was damaged in shipment. That package looked like it had tire tracks on it. But I installed it in my printer and it works quite well. The box that the cartridge came in protected the cartridge quite well. The product performs a little better than expected in my experience.

Overall HP ink is pretty good but for every 5 cartridges I buy one has no ink in it and waiting to talk to someone about it is impossible as the only option is too wait too long on the phone or go through virtual assistant to get told to call anyway.

Faulty
I purchased the ink cartridge and when I had received it and installed it into my printer, just as it's supposed to be installed, everything failed and would not read the ink cartridges. Therefore, the printer was not worth the time or money that I spent on it because I could not get any assistance on the telephone or through email from Hewlett-Packard. Therefore I took the printer back to Best buy and replaced it with an Epson.

the HP 65XL cartridges last well for the amount of printing I do, and the 2600 deskjet printer fits perfectly in a cubby of my desk. My daughter gave me one a long time ago and when it gave=up the ghost I bought a new one like it. For small areas I truely recommend you products.

I use a lot of ink but due to travel can't subscribe to the ink refill program. So I buy it online here and this time I was AMAZED that is arrived the very next day. I once tried a no name ink and it was okay but certainly not as good as genuine HP ink. And it isn't always in stock at my local stores.

This is the 2nd in cartridge I've ordered, the first one started skipping lines of printing and leaving ink blobs on my printed pages when it started getting low so I ordered a new one and it did the same thing from the start so I won't be ordering any more.

Once again I have ordered a 64 cartridge and been sent a 65. The 64s seem to be scarce, and don’t last very long, making it worse, and they are expensive. HP needs to clean up this mess.

I ordered the same cartridge on 12/23/20 as a test from HP direct and Staples to see who delivers quickest. Both were the same price and both had free delivery. Staples delivered on 12/24. HP delivered on 1/2/21. Can't understand why the manufacturer takes more than a week more to deliver its own product than the vendor. Use HP only if you're not low on ink.

Always use HP toners

I was very happy to order and receive promptly because all the stores around me have been out of HP 65 Black for weeks, but then one of the cartridges was not detectable by my printer, which showed " cartridge problem". Thankfully the other one worked. This is the 3rd time I have had this issue with HP 65 Cartridges. The other 2 were color cartridges. I have not yet been able to return those color cartridges as I live 60 miles from the nearest source. Ink is imperative to keep up on my work... How do I return this black one just shipped to me? Do you have a way to verify your cartridges are readable/connectable/detectable by a printer before packaging them? Please email me instructions for the return process as I am new to ordering online. I don't do a lot of printing as I'm retired. Got the notice on my computer I was running low on black ink. Well I needed it that day so I went to a local office supply store and got a surprise, their shelves were almost empty and they didn't have any of what I needed.
And that's when I was told that with all the people working at home during this covid thing supplies were short and they didn't know when they would be getting another shipment.
So I checked on HP website and I was able to get the ink I needed in a couple days with no shipping charges which was great. I also ordered another a couple of weeks later to have on hand when the first one runs out. The service was great, quick and reliable. Will keep ordering from HP on line.

I have been enjoying the 65XL cartridges' I can go a couple of months before they need to be replaced I highly recommend them over the regular cartridges'. The ink is consistently placed on the page by my HP ENVY 5055 which I also enjoy with all of its features.

Poor quality not what I expected!
I've used printer for 2 months now. This is a poor quality printer, had difficult time installing and setting it up, could not set up by with HP tech and was directed to an alternative tech support ADV. charged for tech help.
I've used HP printers for many years, now, time for a change. Don't recommend this printer or HP tech support which does not apparently exist any longer.

Printer ink costs seem to me like price gauging. I print just personal stuff like recipes or bills and my annual cost must be over $200.
Use mainly BLACK ink. Selling a printer for $70 then charging so much fir ink to me is deceptive.

i've purchased these cartridges before with no issues. The ink cartridge was original and sealed. I am mediately got the low ink notification. I did troubleshooting recommendations and the low ink Notification would not go away. I don't know if the cartridge is defective. I am sending the cartridge back as a precaution.

I bought a new printer when the scan feature of the older one failed. The new printer uses ink significantly faster than the old printer. The new printer appears to print darker. Previously, I could get 2 1/2 to 3 months service from a cartridge. Now i am lucky to get one month even though I have considerably reduced the number of pages being printed.

I tried the generic brand and I am back to HP..
So I bought a genric brand of ink because it was so much cheaper and guess what? there is reason its so cheap... you dont want to run out of ink or get poor quality printing when you need it, so I am back HP!

I bought this few weeks ago, buy the xl cartridge is a way to save money if you print a lot. Inside my package has a bag for the empty cartridge to return to the hp to recycle it. It’s free and easy.

Genuine ink good value
I bought this to try out the XL version rather than buy 2 regular cartridges. Good value and ink is authentic so it will install and operate on my HP printer unlike imitators. Now the real test is to see if it will go the distance and not dry up. May update at a later date.

Getting some mileage from this #65XL cartridge!!
My Envy eats ink. I love my printer, but the #65 cartridges I've been using are only giving me 50 or so copies, which means they're just too expensive. The new #65XL cartridge is doing much better, and the copy quality is very good. Thank you.

HP 65 XL Black Ink Cartridge is excellent!
We purchased this on-line as we could not get it at our local store, and we were elated to receive it as it lasts much longer than the original black cartridge, plus it makes the copies more vivid in black and much easier to read, especially the small printed items!

This cartridge is said to print approximately 300 pages which is about 200 pages more than the ink cartridges that came with the printer. It's ridiculous that a printer company even sells a cartridge that only has enough ink in it for about 100 pages??

I bought this for my heldesk 3720 that I bought in Europe. the cardridge is supposed to work for this printer. the test page works. but after that nothing and the light still says cartridge incompatible. I can't resolve , have tried everything., is this a EU / US issue ?

I use to have a HP deskjet 4500 and the XL ink for that one last through 700 pages. With the 65XL one does not get as many pages out of this cartridge. That was disappointing. I have a HP Envy 5055, next time I will research the ink along with the printer.
