Outside cartridge box arrived damaged
Ink arrived quickly but was in flimsy envelope. The cartridge box was partially crushed. The actual cartridge looks ok. I haven't installed the ink yet because I'm not ready for the refill, but hopefully it will work fine. I'm happy with the ink purchase but not happy with the packaging and damage.

Either the cartridges or the printer are faulty.
My printer tells me I have about a third of my ink cartridge full, but does not print. With a new cartridge, all is fine. Where does the problem lie? Either the printer software is faulty, or the interaction of the printer and cartridge gives false readings. Either either way, HP is giving me headaches.

I bought this printer from QVC only to find out that without internet connection and network this is not going to be the best printer . Then because there is no internet where we live , I can’t register to instant ink program. I ordered ink by phone over 2 weeks ago, it took several phone calls , the last one outsourced to a foreign country , I’m still waiting for ink. Not available at stores like Staples or amazon. So for now my HP ENVY 5010 is a dust collector. Not worth my time or money. It only prints some docs from my iPhone . Would I recommend this printer you asked?: well if you don’t have internet connection , then NO! If you do have internet connection and don’t mind having a company monitor the number of pages you’re printing , then go ahead. Would I buy this HP ENVY5010 again? NO.

Good product, but not easy to install
I'm happy with the quality of the ink cartridge, but this is the first time I had to remove the old cartridge & put in the new one. In the past, I had the staff in the store where I purchased the replacements, take care of that. As a 73 year old woman, I had no problem removing the old cartridges, but did have trouble inserting the new ones. Even the Youtube videos that I watched, were not detailed enough. I did finally get them in, but I must have spent 1/2 hour trying and was ready to give up.

Cartridge Only Worked a Short Time
I bought the XL because it is supposed to last longer. Unfortunately, the cartridge only worked for less than 50 pages even though up to 300 is what is advertised.The items I print do not demand a great amount of ink as they are only words and not charts, graphs etc. My efforts to resolve this online and by phone were a complete waste of time as I
could never reach anyone. The only option I seem to have at this point is to purchase another cartridge so in all, I will be spending $70.00 or more to hopefully get one good black ink cartridge. HP simply must do better.

i need this for virtual working right now. Bought the HP Envy 5055 for a very low price, less than cost of 2 ink cartridges. Since March, I have bought probably over 15 cartridges. The cost of these cartridges could have bought me about 8-10 more of these printers. SO, that is the "gotcha" factor- you sell the printers for dirt cheap and make all your money on the cartridges. Price of the ink is way beyond outrageous. The current one, is full of streaks on my papers. I don't want HP hooked into my personal wifi for that insta-ink program either. All around, not a good deal in my opinion.

This is the second cartridge I purchased within 3 months. I barely printed 15-30 pages when it ran out of ink both times! I tried everything to clean the cartridge by watching youtube videos several times. I put all I had into trying to clean them following several different techniques to no avail. If you are HP, please please please tell me if I am doing something to cause this? Office Depot is where I purchased the HP Envy printer and I have only purchased two cartridges and both times they shorted me terribly! Help!?

I bought three new cartridges this month from HP expecting to get a recycle envelope so I could return the used ones. No recycle envelope which I tried to get from the HP customer service they sent me to the HP web site and after several hours I could not find the place to request the envelope. Guess I should just go to Walmart in future and through the cartridges in the trash.

I did try to purchase a black and tricolor cartridge through amazon. I received 2 tricolor cartridges. When I emailed the seller about the mistake, they informed me I needed to return one of the tricolor cartridges and only then would they send me a black. So, I kept the 2 tricolor and ordered a black thought HP. I got a black cartridge. Yeah.

I wouldn't use anything but Original ink in my HP printer. I wouldn't want to junk up the works. And the price is right and the delivery time is excellent!!! Also in the past, when I attempted to purchase Original HP ink cartridges at local big box stores, the ink cartridges were Out of Date. Ordering direct from HP guarantees that I will not be getting out-of-date ink.

Actually had bought this and did not need it at the time so I had it several months before I summoned my courage and set it up. Previously it took a weekend to setup a computer printer. I had one but needed an air printer. This was on an Amazon special sale for $19.95. I figured what did I have to lose? I was pleasantly surprised! So easy! Works so well. I did not subscribe to the ink refill plan. I recently bought cartridges from Walmart. I think the 2 cartridges were $70. Not certain.

It was recently necessary that I print a September 2020 calendar in order to keep track of dosages of drugs that I take on an irregular schedule. The calendars that I have used in the past have really been lacking in clarity and not too pleasant to use. I usually refer to my calendar on a daily daily basis to make sure I'm on target.

Your web site suggested I use a #65 inkjet cartridge in a D2600 series desktop inkjet printer. I bought one and it does not work. The cartridge in the printer (D2600) is a #60. I am returning the #65 in the return envelope. You have your cartridge and my money. Would it be possible to exchange the black-XL 65 for a black-XL 60 cartridge?

I recently purchased a new HP Deskjet 2655 Printer & I love it!!! It's wireless & operates solely on WiFi so one less cord to plug in. I purchased it through Amazon @ an excellent price a few months back & am so pleased that I did. Had a different HP printer for years, which simply "wore out" so have always remained a loyal HP customer. I wish the price wasn't so high because the ink runs out so quickly. I'm finding that I have to constantly replace one or the other - black or color. It's back and forth - costing me a fortune to maintain my printing needs. The ink itself is great quality, but it would be better, if the price wasn't so costly... or if it lasted longer. I don't remember having to replace my Canon ink this often.

HP65XL Black Original Ink Cartridge
I have always used HP printers for YEARS. I have recently purchased a HP Deskjet 2652 for my general purpose home printer.
I'm very disappointed with this printer and the ink itself. The window on the printer is so small it is very hard to see, and it will only hold a few sheets of paper at a time.
At first, when I ran out of ink so quickly, I went online to reorder and realized there are two different sizes of ink cartridges so I bought the XL version. To my dismay, that XL ran out very quickly, after just maybe 100 images at most.
I don't think I can afford to use this printer because of the ink prices.

I purchased this ink about 2 months ago & applied it on my printer as soon as I received it. I tried printing papers afterwards & there was no ink on the papers. I ended up watching a YouTube video that helps make dry ink start to work again. I saw there was ink in the cartridge but it was so dry that there’s a blockage that prevented ink to show on the paper. Ink cartridge still doesn’t show up on anything I print.

HP doesn’t stand behind their mistakes!
Using the printers software I trusted HPs “easy” ink repurchasing process. The software properly identified my printer, took me to the website, and told me which product I needed. I ordered two replacement cartridges... and upon receipt of same it was discovered that HP had identified the wrong cartridge for my printer. I called customer service and they advised that they cannot refund my money for a mistake that I made in ordering. I finally got a manager who agreed to refund my money, but only after returning the cartridges to them. All I had to do was print a fedex label and mail it back. You would think a printer company would understand the difficulty in PRINTING a label when one is OUT OF INK!!!! Epic fail! I have purchased a new printer for about the same cost as these two cartridges. The new printer came with free ink, so i could print my fedex label. I’m returning the ink today, and will never go back to HP again!

Cartridge didn't work
We put the new cartridge in at the same time as the black cartridge and the printer wouldn't print. It said there was an error with the print cartridges. We took out the new color one and put the old one in and it worked fine.

You were smart enough to buy an HP printer, why would you use anything other than HP ink? It may cost a little bit more but when it comes to printer ink, don't be penny-wise, and pound foolish. You get what you pay for, and if you pay for less, expect it.

I have ordered ink direct from HP for years. I receive it in two or three days (freight free) and do not have to be afraid of bad ink in recycled cartridges. On occasion I take advantage of a special and get ink at a reduced price. Is that great or what!!!!

Hp software led me to the wrong ink cartridge
The software that popped up and alerted me I needed a new ink cartridge sent me to the HP site, but the page that it sent me to was for the HP 65, when I actually needed the HP 61 for my printer. Last time I ever trust the HP software to do its job correctly. To everyone else, check and double check that you're getting the right ink cartridge before you buy, because of course you can't get a refund on these overpriced items!

While it is the best, HP made it so you can only use their replacement cartridges on their printers, so how do you like that? There are 3rd party cartridges available, but if you can get them to work, that's a chance you take.

Cartridge causing printer error
My printer kept showing printer error. Apparently the ink cartridge was not making contact with the printer. I discarded the brand new cartridge (expensive) and the replacement cartridge worked fine.

No problems. BUT...I used to be able to buy refurbished cartridges, which on a limited income, was VERY important. Then HP reprogrammed printer, WITHOUT NOTICE!! which prevented use of those cartridges. HP has no idea and obviously doesn't care that the financial burdens make life more difficult than they already are. The money grubbing attitude is American business. How unforgiveable

I've used these cartridges for the past several years and like the longevity of them. The black cartridges seem to last longer than the multicolor ones. They are so easy to replace. Hoping my

Before purchasing this replacement, I debated back and forth spending the money for the XL cartridge or getting replacements for both black ink and color. The cost difference is dramatic but I hope the follow through is worth it. I read that it is supposed to be able to yield roughly 2.5 times the printed sheets. If that turns out to be true then great. Putting this cartridge in was no different than any other. It is extremely easy and quick. I was back up and running in minutes, once the printer did the self alignment and I scanned in the print test page.

This rating is based on the Envy 5000 series. I bought this printer to print tirelessly, but it will not connect to my network. Finds the network but won't connect. HP support is no help and wants me to pay them to fix it. Been using HP products for over 20 years, and will DEFINITELY look elsewhere for my next purchase. I get a new laptop every year; Two daughters and a son, one gets an upgrade every year. It's my turn and HP is off the list!

I have made a purchase through the HP app 4 times now and for whatever reason this last time the cartridge came to me not functioning- would not sync up with my computer. I went to Walmart to purchase another only to discover that it was $10 cheaper. It was extra work for me and now I will always worry that it is not going to work. Also, now I have to go back and figure out how to get my money back for the defective cartridge. I think I will just be going to walmart now.

One Black Ink Cartridge is Completely Inop. The machine told me that the black cartridge (although JUST replaced with a new one right out of the package) was no good but other troubleshooting on the website led me around for an hour before I just gave up and opened the 2nd one. Good thing I ordered two. The 2nd one worked and would love to return the first one for a replacement.

Doesn’t work with my printer.
I bought this item from the store because it said it would work with my printer. However it does not work with my printer. I always get an error message saying to check the cartridge.

Cartridge did not perform as expected.
I bought this HP cartridge and installed it in my printer. It only worked for a week and then the printer gave me a message that the cartridge needed to be replaced because it was empty. I am a residential user and only used the printer 2 or 3 times a week so it was obviously a defective product. I tried to call HP and did not find the customer service number anywhere on the web site. I'm very disappointed in the HP cartridge and because I couldn't get in touch with customer service, I will not be buying any HP product.

Bleeds when wet no matter the paper I use. I do plan to try photo paper soon but my hopes are low. But every time I print something if I even get a tiny drop even months later it bleeds.

Defective cartridge
I installed both my color and black cartridges. My printer works well with new color cartridge but not with black one. Indid all the trouble shooting. I installed older black cartridge which works well. Unfortunately I already threw away my black cartridge box so now I can’t return for credit.

Disappointed with This Delivery
While I never had any bad experience with recent purchases, the last HP 65XL tricolor cartridge was unacceptable. Although sealed, it appeared to have very little ink in it for printing. Fortunately I had a spare so it was not a big deal.
My decision now is to reorder on line or find a store with what I need.

No problem with the ink , and price , the problem for me is the service, if you choose to go the ordering thru their website it claims it ships the next day and maybe so , but every time I’ve did thru their web app it takes a week to get it here , now I give up on that service , I just drive to the offficemax and get the ink same day. love the cartridge but runs out too soon
I love HP cartridges as they work the best in my HP printer, my only issue is that they don't last very long, even getting the XL extra capacity cartridges. I am lucky if I can get a month out of one, and because I only use this printer six months of the year I am not eligible for the Instant Ink program. And I use a cartridge right up until it is completely empty, not when the printer suggests it is very low.

Faulty ink cartridge
I have ordered before and delivery and ink cartridges were fine, however this last time the black ink cartridge would not install properly; the tri-color cartridge was fine. I’m not sure how to return and reorder, so just drove to a local store to purchase a new one.

HP ink is the best, but your pop-up screen has a spelling error. Every time I print, your pop-up says 'Thank you for using HP ink cartiges.' You left out the D from the word cartridges. Please correct and maybe you will get more sales.

Either the cartridges or the printer are faulty.
My printer tells me I have about a third of my ink cartridge full, but does not print. With a new cartridge, all is fine. Where does the problem lie? Either the printer software is faulty, or the interaction of the printer and cartridge gives false readings. Either either way, HP is giving me headaches.

I just wish that the cartridges would last longer. The cost of a cartridge is getting close to the price of a new HP printer. You need to either lower the price of the cartridges or make them last longer.

It would be good - HP ink always is! However, buying from the "store" the ink is different than the ink I would be supplied with my Instant Ink program. Instant Ink told me I needed Black ink, even though I had just purchased this and installed it correctly (machine printed great). If my Instant Ink program fails again, I'll have this one (II sent me one that works with their program).

Trash printer?
I could not print in color before using and after using this product with my new DeskJet 3755 connected by cable. The printer has stopped printing in color. This is after wireless problems. I previously set up to print from two computers, finding afterwards that printing from one of the computers caused the other computer to lose its wireless connection. I'm ready to trash the printer.

Printer doesn’t work well without both the cartridges and this one took 3 days longer to arrive since it came from a different store but it’s a real HP cartridge so it’s a nice deep black and I’m back in the business of printing pictures and writing letters.

It didn’t work
I went through the messenger app and tried what I was told. After about 5 hours of that I was told to return to sales. After a few more hoops to jump through, it wasn’t solved. I canceled payment on my credit card. I would return the cartridge if you send me the return envelope postage paid.

I was worried that the 65XL Black cartridge was damaged in shipment. That package looked like it had tire tracks on it. But I installed it in my printer and it works quite well. The box that the cartridge came in protected the cartridge quite well. The product performs a little better than expected in my experience.

Overall HP ink is pretty good but for every 5 cartridges I buy one has no ink in it and waiting to talk to someone about it is impossible as the only option is too wait too long on the phone or go through virtual assistant to get told to call anyway.

I purchased the ink cartridge and when I had received it and installed it into my printer, just as it's supposed to be installed, everything failed and would not read the ink cartridges. Therefore, the printer was not worth the time or money that I spent on it because I could not get any assistance on the telephone or through email from Hewlett-Packard. Therefore I took the printer back to Best buy and replaced it with an Epson.

I use a lot of ink but due to travel can't subscribe to the ink refill program. So I buy it online here and this time I was AMAZED that is arrived the very next day. I once tried a no name ink and it was okay but certainly not as good as genuine HP ink. And it isn't always in stock at my local stores.

HP delivered on 1/2/21. Can't understand why the manufacturer takes more than a week more to deliver its own product than the vendor. Use HP only if you're not low on ink.

Always use HP toners
Through many years of using business and personal printers, I have used HP toners and ink. Using remanufacturered or off brands don't do as well and can damage printers. Learned by experience! I only use genuine HP in my home office.

I was very happy to order and receive promptly because all the stores around me have been out of HP 65 Black for weeks, but then one of the cartridges was not detectable by my printer, which showed " cartridge problem". Thankfully the other one worked. This is the 3rd time I have had this issue with HP 65 Cartridges. The other 2 were color cartridges. I have not yet been able to return those color cartridges as I live 60 miles from the nearest source. Ink is imperative to keep up on my work... How do I return this black one just shipped to me? Do you have a way to verify your cartridges are readable/connectable/detectable by a printer before packaging them? Please email me instructions for the return process as I am new to ordering online. I don't do a lot of printing as I'm retired. Got the notice on my computer I was running low on black ink. Well I needed it that day so I went to a local office supply store and got a surprise, their shelves were almost empty and they didn't have any of what I needed.
And that's when I was told that with all the people working at home during this covid thing supplies were short and they didn't know when they would be getting another shipment.
So I checked on HP website and I was able to get the ink I needed in a couple days with no shipping charges which was great. I also ordered another a couple of weeks later to have on hand when the first one runs out. The service was great, quick and reliable. Will keep ordering from HP on line.

I've used printer for 2 months now. This is a poor quality printer, had difficult time installing and setting it up, could not set up by with HP tech and was directed to an alternative tech support ADV. charged for tech help.
I've used HP printers for many years, now, time for a change. Don't recommend this printer or HP tech support which does not apparently exist any longer.

Printer ink costs seem to me like price gauging. I print just personal stuff like recipes or bills and my annual cost must be over $200.
Use mainly BLACK ink. Selling a printer for $70 then charging so much fir ink to me is deceptive.

Low ink Notification
i've purchased these cartridges before with no issues. The ink cartridge was original and sealed. I am mediately got the low ink notification. I did troubleshooting recommendations and the low ink Notification would not go away. I don't know if the cartridge is defective. I am sending the cartridge back as a precaution.

Doesn't last long enough
I bought a new printer when the scan feature of the older one failed. The new printer uses ink significantly faster than the old printer. The new printer appears to print darker. Previously, I could get 2 1/2 to 3 months service from a cartridge. Now i am lucky to get one month even though I have considerably reduced the number of pages being printed.

Excellent Cartridge
Tried recycled brands, and not very satisfactory. Saves money for the purchase, but not worth it. Does not work properly, or last very long. I am a satisfied HP original cartridge customer, and will always be.

This printer prints faster than any printer I've ever had.The only draw back is the paper out tray only holds 25 pages so I have to get up a lot. Other wise I love this Hp printer

I use my printer everyday and I thought I should have bought a more expensive one. I found this one works better than the old one that was expensive and had more features. I don't need more features than this and it feeds the paper well, has had no paper jams, works fast and smoothly, and even the manual second sheet to feed into printer is not a problem. This was a good choice for me.

So I bought a genric brand of ink because it was so much cheaper and guess what? there is reason its so cheap... you dont want to run out of ink or get poor quality printing when you need it, so I am back HP!

Genuine ink good value
I bought this to try out the XL version rather than buy 2 regular cartridges. Good value and ink is authentic so it will install and operate on my HP printer unlike imitators. Now the real test is to see if it will go the distance and not dry up. May update at a later date.

Getting some mileage from this #65XL cartridge!!
My Envy eats ink. I love my printer, but the #65 cartridges I've been using are only giving me 50 or so copies, which means they're just too expensive. The new #65XL cartridge is doing much better, and the copy quality is very good. Thank you.

This cartridge is said to print approximately 300 pages which is about 200 pages more than the ink cartridges that came with the printer. It's ridiculous that a printer company even sells a cartridge that only has enough ink in it for about 100 pages??
