Excellent Product Quality
The HP 971 is an excellent and reliable ink cartridge that gives premium performance with my X576 HP printer. It is a long-lasting cartridge, but it gives great results without the fear of damage caused by inferior cartridges or "refilled" cartridges. Any price savings is simply not not worth the risk to the printer. Also, the HP price for the cartridge is very reasonable, usually with incentives to buy directly from HP. This is a highly recommended product!

Ink Cartridges
I am impressed with HP's pricing & service on ink cartridges; Prefer to use them directly compared to going to Staples etc

Great ink for a great printer
The ink is pretty expensive. But it's well worth it. Delivered on time and comes with a useful return packet for old ink.

Beware of Defective Seal!!
Bought this CN622A (971) Cyan cartridge Nov 2020 for my OfficeJet Pro x576dw printer. Love the printer, rock solid for seven years of light duty home use. However, this cartridge had a defective seal, as I discovered recently, which allowed ink to leak, eventually contaminating the duplexer's ink catching ability and ruining printed output. After cleaning the printhead several times, I realized and discovered the leaking cartridge. I checked the other three cartridges and their seal are clean.
HP will not take responsibility for the cartridge contaminating my printer. As one tech support person told me, I probably need a new duplexer and likely a new printhead assembly in addition to a new ink cartridge. I was told I should just buy a new printer. Hmm, HP or not?
