Rated 5 out of 5 byDave E from nullI got the 710 because my old plantronics one died on me and I received a discount coupon from Jabra for attending a conference. So far here are my thoughts and why I gave it the rating:Pros: Great quality sound, when I am not using it for conference calls using Skype or bluetooth, I'm using it as a speaker attached to the computer. The touch ring for the controls is nice and handy for volume control. Great quality sound on the distant end for calls as well. I get a number of comments that I come in very clearly from the other side of calls. Cons: The battery indicator is a bit of a pain to tell if its actually charged or not. Too used to the normal battery indicators. Updating the puck has been a bit troublesome using the Jabra Direct software. Echo canceling part is a bit off, as I've been told that there is a bit of an echo from me on a number of calls.Overall this is a great device, the sound quality is great and it is very handy to have for a number of different scenarios.

Rated 5 out of 5 byAlexander Gurenko from null I've decided to go with the Speak 710 instead of 510 and I absolutely love it. Quality of materials are premium, nice to touch and well built. Smooth LEDs are just adds up to the premium feel. Switching between Bluetooth, included adapter and USB works smoothly on my Linux machine, which is a big pro. To add, Jabra support firmware update under linux with LVFS which only adds love of the open source community.

I've only used it a handful of times so far, but the feedback on both sides of the call is that it's much better than using our regular phones / laptops via Skype.

It comes with a padded case that easily stores inside of my laptop bag so that I always have it with me. The added bonus is that it plays music via Bluetooth from my phone. I would recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 byPVT from nullI use the Jabra 710 for business Skype calls. every day. Its small enough to travel with me and the voice quality really helps with calls. Connectivity throughput Latin America isn't always so good but this product has made it much better. I had bought the 510 originally which also works very well. The voice quality difference is worth the extra money. It charges up well and last for a long time, connects via blue tooth to my computer and phone at the same time and will switch back and forth automatically as needed. I think of the 510 as more of a personal application product and the 710 as professional grade. I also use it in the car when I know I'll be on a call for a long time. Same experience, really good.
