Clean picture. I however keep reaching up to use as a touch screen and it doesn't do that. Overall a great display I use it with my laptop as the primary screen and my laptop as the second screen. The camera is decent and would work for telehealth or zoom

Practical Monitor with a Great Picture
The ThinkVision T22v-20 21.5-inch FHD VoIP Monitor has a great picture and is very practical to use. I replaced a Dell monitor I had used for years, and love that this one includes a camera a speakers, as well as a place to plug in headphones and a place charge a phone. I was reluctant to replace my old monitor, but am very glad I did!

Didn’t work and got weak support to fix issue
The monitor arrived and looked fine but the buttons didn’t work nor could it connect to my computer. I called tech support and they didn’t even try to troubleshoot. I waited a very long time to talk to them so I was disappointed. They offered to send me a replacement but it would have taken 5 business days to arrive when the original monitor too 3 business days to arrive. I was very disappointed.

Very good monitor - the camera installed is a great feature and allows you to rotate it down to turn it off when not in use. That's especially ingenious. All in all, easy to install and use, good views.

Very solid build quality, very easy to adjust while sitting at the desk, I'm not an expert on image quality but certainly performing very well for my daily use. The camera quality is pretty good, and I like the physical switch for it; when the webcam system was first connected it seemed to prevent my AirPods from working with the computer properly but a reboot seems to have sorted that

I started purchasing this model of Lenovo monitor about 4 years ago. I think we have 8 or 10 at this point. It has all of the features that I insist on for our office: height adjustable, tilt and swivel, convenient size for having dual monitors on the desk top, display port outlet, and the built-in camera and microphone. I have looked high and low, and this is one of the only monitors that ticks all of these boxes. Moreover, viewing is clear and easy on the eyes. This is a wonderful and affordable option for our office needs.

This monitor is everything I needed it to be. I always buy lenovo. I have two older monitors (one of which this replaced and the one I am still using has a slightly more clear display than this, but without the comparison of the two side by side it would not be noticeable at all. The camera, speakers, and microphone are great integrations!

Works well with MacBook
I purchased this for my partner who was working on a 13" MacBook all day and needed a bigger screen. The monitors that Apple recommends are ridiculously expensive. She wanted something with an integrated webcam and speakers. I found very little information about Mac compatibility with ThinkVision monitors, but to our delight, we got the webcam and speakers to work with very little effort, using a standard HDMI adapter. Very satisfied with this purchase. The low blue-light feature is also nice.

This is SUCH a fantastic monitor. Lenovo was brilliant in designing it to go up, down, twist left/right, and swivel on a ball and socket. No other monitor I've had in this price range has so many orientation options. The built-in camera has fantastic video quality, and the screen itself is excellent resolution for the price. I've now bought three of these, and won't go back to any other monitor.

I was scared to get this product because of some of the other reviews. It was very easy to set up and works great. It actually has excellent brightness. The speakers work well and so does the camera. The camera quality is not the best but is very good for a monitor camera. It’s honestly a great price for the addition of a camera and speaker. I didn’t want the extra bulky equipment. This is perfect to get through college and work at home. If you are like me it is best to ignore the reviews from people who are trying to use this monitor for gaming because they have way too high expectations for a monitor of this price. I found nothing wrong with it. Shipped within 5 days too!

This monitor is great. Since working from home and using a laptop, I needed a larger screen to see everything spaced out better. This monitor fit the build. I the camera is perfect for those zoom meetings and the speakers are ok. I have this paired with my Lenovo IdeaPad and everything connected with no issues. The resolution is great and the size is perfect for my desk size. I love it because I didn't need to connect a camera to the top of the screen. This combination of monitor and camera is hard to come by. I highly recommend it!

Great option for school and work. Its my kid to attend remote learning. It has all the things needed webcam, speakers, 3.5mm headset jack, automatic multiple usb extension. It comes with all the cables needed.
Would be great if the instructions are bit more detailed. Dig thru and post questions on the forum to be able to use it at its full capacity.

Video quality of monitor is quite good. Audio is okay, a tad tinny. Instructions and phone or online technical support not too good. You need one of 3 cables (HDMI, VGA, or DP DisplayPort) for main connection with PC. But also need a second cable (USB A to USB C) for camera and microphone.

Works with MacBook Pro (2019, macOS 11)
At first I was worried that this monitor wouldn’t work out for me because I use a MacBook Pro (2019 intel, running macOS 14) in claim shell mode as a desktop computer. My concern was that the camera and speakers that are built into the monitor wouldn’t work. I initially had issues when I was trying to use apple’s av hub (and it never worked out for me). I now use a usb-c hub (I have ugreen hub/dongle off Amazon) and it works without any problems. The monitor only includes a DisplayPort cable, which I’m sure is fine if you’re going to use a pc, but I would have preferred an hdmi cable. The HD camera puts out a great image and the speakers, while not great, get the job done nicely. The picture quality of the monitor is good (would NOT work for gaming), it’s what you can expect from a low end 1080p ISP panel. Over all, if you’re looking for an easy to set up, inexpensive monitor and an HD webcam, I would totally recommend this to you.

Nice monitor with a clear picture. The sound is also OK. I just wish I could SEE THE LITTLE TINY SYMBOLS on the bottom to turn off/on, or open the Menu to make adjustments, or lower/increase sound, etc. I literally took a picture, increased the size, highlighted it and taped it to the monitor. I don't have terrible eyesight and I just got new glasses, so it's not my eyes. It seems like all electronics is like that...the manufacturer doesn't seem to care if you can SEE controls. So I couldn't give it 5 stars.

Excellent VoIP monitor!
I bought one of these monitors for remote learning/work. The size is great, the picture is sharp, and I love the features.
This monitor checked all the boxes for me. It has a Display Port in, two USB passthrough ports, built-in stereo speakers, a built-in 1080p IRRGB webcam, dual microphone array, face-tracking, a privacy shutter, and the ability to control it with a mouse via the software. This monitor also featured an excellent and sturdy stand with a wide range of motion including the ability to rotate the monitor to a vertical (portrait) orientation. It came with all of the cables needed to work and works great.
It should be noted that the first one that I got seemed to have some sort of hardware or firmware issue which prevented the webcam from working. Luckily, Lenovo support was able to quickly replace the faulty unit and get me a working one.

Great Monitor with Sound & Webcam
Great monitor. Can be connected via HDMI, USB, DP. Has one speaker not two but the sound is good. Also has a great webcam that is independently adjustable from the screen angle. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Amazing clarity
This is the nicest monitor I have ever had. The clarity and definition is amazing. My daughter has bought expensive gaming monitors and agrees it is the best she’s used.

Solid purchase.
Clear picture, heavy duty base, adjustable height. Feels secure and I'm pleased with the purchase. Just what I needed for law school. Using as second monitor with my laptop.
