What do you like best about the product?
Microsoft 365 is a system composed of the best virtual work platforms and applications, allowing you to carry out the virtual activities you consider necessary in the exercise of your work operations, facilitating the creation of documents, email reviews, file transmission and automated backup of all your professional progress. In addition, the virtual work applications and features of Microsoft 365 are offered at a great commercial value, making it an accessible and affordable system for all types of business environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about the performance of the digital resources offered by Microsoft 365, I think it is an extraordinary digital work system.

It has almost all essential software that is needed by SMEs to large organizations.

The built-in AI is not as good as AI-dedicated solutions.

Going cloud , gives one drive good storage amount with a reasonal price continous updates, integrate onedrive app into windows. all the competitors desktop version lakes alot of featuersq

Personal and family plans lake Microsoft project, Visio, Windows it should be included with a fair price even as optional components. also it can't co exsist with Project or visio 2021 LTS

Pricing is tricky and getting the right license can be tricky, that is why I always reach out to my friends at Pax8 and they always get my licensing setup right the first time.
What do you like best about the product?
I use mostly MS Office from this suite, and it has really evolved over the years. I like that there are a lot of templates. I like that you can choose heading styles and subheadings very easily, so if it needs to be copied into WordPress or elsewhere online, it retains the formatting. You can also design basic brochures and newsletters relatively easily. While I don't use the AI, I use the "Review" section a lot. It's comparable to Grammarly. It can restructure sentences to make them flow better and more logically. It also helps with punctuation and grammar. I really appreciate that they updated it. I also use Excel, and appreciate that I can make pretty-looking tables and documents that are easier to read. I use Word all month, several times a week. It's easy to use and offers a lot more features than Google's suite. I can't compare it with the others. But for formatting to print, there's no better option than 365. It's one of the easiest to use with the most capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the Copilot, and honestly, I worry that it is capable of using my documents and writing to learn/teach LLMs. I do my best to turn it off wherever that is an option. I also dislike that they just changed the default fonts one day. There were no explanations about accessibility and usability. I don't think the new font offered anything but change for change's sake.
What do you like best about the product?
Having access to practically all Microsoft tools, utilizing artificial intelligence (Copilot), and enjoying the security offered by Microsoft are great advantages.

It is necessary to be constantly connected to the internet. The high cost to be able to access all these programs is elevated.

My opinion of the features and work applications of Microsoft 365 is very positive, I think its features are accessible and effective for all types of users.

I use it everyday I use it for presentations documents I love there ai features also when doing a presentation they give u design recommendations based on ur information

Only thing is sometimes it be loading slow but other then that’s it’s perfect
