Rated 5 out of 5 byTim from Two SmartPro replacing two Smart1500 that died.So far Smart Pro 120 1kVA 800 W installation has gone very well. Just hope they last longer the smart1500 that failed after two years. It is really too soon to know whether I would recommend to a friend:)

I would recommend a larger capacity UPS if supporting IP sets running off of a co-located POE LAN switch due to the additional power draw.

Well it was good device and I liked it performance and a lot of features in built-in web interface. Though improve batteries' lifetime would be nice. Still pretty nice product for it's price.

The product was affordable and provided all the functionality our SOHO needed. The UPS powers one rackmount server and one rackmount NAS with plenty of power to spare. Since it's deployment the product has been nothing but reliable when we needed it. We've had two power outages and because of the UPS, I had time to take care of critical systems We had one issue with the product abut a month ago and I was further impressed by the stellar support I received. My case was handled quickly and efficiently and within a week my UPS was back in production. I'm more than happy with this product and the support behind it. I will be using Tripplite in future deployments.
