Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible Return Process The purchase itself was not bad, however the return process is completely ridiculous. I ended up not needing the item because the docking station I ordered had the cables needed. I attempted to return the item and there was no option to do that online. So, I emailed customer service. A full week goes by with no response. I reviewed my papers and there was an address on the invoice on where to return the items. So, I draft a letter and prepare to send my return. Finally, I get an email with a FedEx label stating my return has to be sent in five days. After not hearing from anyone for nearly two weeks now, Dell wants to put a time limit on shipping out my return. Needless to say I will never purchase any item from this website again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 10 year old lap-top connected to HDMI screen Cable allows me to display the image from the DELL lap-top to the screen, but the sound jack cable is too short to plug in to the front of my lap-top. Needs to make the length of that cable about 4 inched longer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent choice for a monitor cable that will be used on a VGA monitor Excellent transaction. The representative thought of this when I mentioned that I have a VGA computer monitor. One end is a VGA, the other is HDMI for connecting to the computer. I had not been aware that new computers used HDMI instead of a VGA connector.
