Printer page counter does not reset after cartridge replacement.
I replaced both the drum and the toner cartridge's.
The PC and printer did not acknowledge the updates.
Alert messages have continued to appear. It is not clear what should be done to clear the alerts and reset the toner and cartridge page counters.
The Xerox on line system does not provide sufficient guidance.

My old printer as good as new
I'm a very happy individual. That is because When my printer indicated that the drum had to be replaced, I began to inquire at all the local stores and could not find a source for a replacement. thank that the Xerox site showed me that a replacement was obtainable. I now do not have to buy a different Printer Thanks.
