The customer has purchased 4,572 licenses of Gemini to attach to their existing Google Workspace agreement and has secured special pricing for future use. This will enable their employees to perform their day-to-day tasks in Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Slides more efficiently with the help of generative AI features that are directly integrated into these applications.

This move not only opens the door to the use of other AI tools but also ensures that they get the most value per dollar on their selected email and applications platform. The customer is well-positioned for future opportunities related to professional services such as adoption, training and enablement, as well as the potential for managed services down the line.

This teamwork was essential in completing the deal on time and securing special pricing that would likely not have extended into the first quarter of the new year without Google CEO approvals.
