As a package deal from your website you would expect a little more inclusive product support.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This monitor hurts my eyes This is my new monitor for work so I have little control over this. I have to use a computer for reading and assessments 8 hours a day. By lunchtime my eyes hurt. Even with prescription computer glasses, the blue light filter, adusting brightness/ contrast settings, and f.lux this monitor is killing my eyes. I sincerely hope they can find a way to keep one of the old lenovo computers, they don't hurt my eyes like this one does.

Apparently you call to return the item and you need to wait for a supervisor to send you a return sticker. It's ridiculous. I will not be buying a Lenovo product again and definitely won't but from Lenovo itself.

Crystal clear monitor, and nice speakers. I only wish there were outputs as well, seeing as the monitor is upfront on your workspace, while your PC is behind tucked away.

I put 3 stars only because the built in camera is not working. Too bad cause that’s exactly why I bought this monitor. I had to buy an external usb camera and clipped it on top of the built in camera. Speakers quality is just ok. My laptop speakers are far better though (my laptop is a Lenovo too).

It says it works with other pc/notebooks. It does not. Cannot get a exe driver online for this monitor for W10. No plug and play. I spent days trying to get support on this monitor to no avail. Waste of money.

Read reviews and questions before getting this monitor to make sure it will work with my desktop computer however when installing monitor didnt work so I added a question in the " answers & questions" about the issue and got a response to contact technical support . I called and find out it is NOT compatible with my regular pc. This monitor is not compatible with all regular pcs. If I would knew the possibility of it I would check that first before purchasing it instead of going by what their website indicates.Very disappointed.

After many hours, I found that some of the other reviewers were right. A USB 3.0 Cable A to B worked. The camera is not great quality though so I am still considering a separate one.

I now need to buy a HDMI to DP adapter separately for about $35 to connect to my older Lenovo laptop that supports only HDMI. Lenovo really needs to highlight these technical specs so they are seen in product summary.

I actually ran across some that have cameras & speakers bu no microphone! I didn't buy this to use with the tiny PC, though I did purchase a tiny PC and try it. WOW. Being about to move a "micro PC" from location to location and only have one wire extending from your system - just the power wire! Very nice system. I purchased three of these. One for use in a home office and two for use in our 40' RV. I purchased extra keyboards, trackpads & power cords, so that we only have to move our two Mac Minis when we travel - simplifying life. I only wish Lenovo would sell the same monitor without the box on the back that holds the tiny PC. It woiuld reduce the total thickness & weight of the package.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful product This is an amazing piece of technology. The monitor will house a lenovo "tiny" computer (but you can connect any computer to this monitor). The tiny computer mounts in the back of the monitor and with that, it becomes a much more "snug", organized desktop. The monitor has a wonderful image clarity. It is responsive and seems very solid. The stand adjusts vertically and the monitor on the stand will adjust the view angle as well. Built in webcam and speakers work well (the speakers are not extremely powerful, but are adequate for my needs). Well done, Lenovo.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from After spending $50 on cables, NO SIGNAL I was told when purchased that this monitor would work with my desktop computer, and I just needed to buy a VGA to Display Port Cable to connect. I did and it didn;t work. Went to Geek Squad and they said to convert the VGA to a DVI (I did) and get a DVI to Display Port Cable. No luck. Now it appears that the cables are not bi-directional . Horrible wait times, horrible customer service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lenovo Tiny-in-One monitor As a retired IBM employee I still take pride in Lenovo products and am pleased overall with my experience. The monitor is better than I expected. Very good resolution and perfect size, really won't need a second monitor any longer. I will still continue to use my external speakers as the built in speakers are quite tinny and not adequate for playing music. The pictorial installation instructions require considerable amount of interpretation. Best to go onto YouTube and find an installation video.

I didn't want an all in one, but then came across this where the computer actually slid inside of the back of the monitor. I was still hesitant, but couldn't resist the price compared to laptops. I am so glad that I went with it. So much better, faster, everything! I also have been converted from HP. This is my first time with Lenovo. My brother uses Lenovo for his business and convinced me to try it. Again, really glad that I did. So much better. No crap that I don't need, more stuff I do need and it is a little workhorse! Love it.

You need a USB Type A to B for the webcam 2. You need a display port to connect it to your laptop or desktop. If Lenovo provides these cables, it's a good buy. If not, it is pricy to say the least.

This helps in reducing the amount of cords you have to plug into an outlet. It also saves on space on my desk. Excellent and best computer monitor purchase. The colors are crisp, the speakers have a great sound and the web cam is great.

I chose it because it had the webcam and speakers that he will need for school. I really liked that it had a USB port up front for easy access and that the camera swivels for privacy. Disappointed that there isn’t a headphone jack up front. We have to reach around the back through the tunnel to reach it. It also, doesn’t screw into the PC to secure it. We may have to unmount the PC if it becomes a problem once school starts. All in all, it’s a great monitor and I’d recommend it. I’ll probably buy it for my daughter as well.

I still have not gotten it to connect to either the thinkpad or my original thinkvision monitor. I had to order more cables and I am hoping the new cables will help. I’m sure it’s a great monitor, but so far it’s not so great for me.

I was very disappointed that the camera only works with a separately purchased and installed computer. So I can't use the number 1 selling feature of this monitor. Additionally the speakers are mediocre.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lenovo monitor I have had my monitor over a week, and I still can't get it to work. I guess my lack of knowledge on newer models puts me at a disadvantage. For example, I am used to all monitors having a VGA cable, but this model calls for DP. I had no idea what a DP was, so I had to call a younger more experienced friend to help with that. I thought I was missing the DP cable, but after calling Lenovo, I was informed that I had to purchase that cable. Now, I can't seem to download the necessary drivers, so again, I will have to call a friend for help. I tried calling Lenovo, but it was obvious the person helping me was just following a manual. The information she gave me was totally wrong. I will stop buying computer products online. I also will no longer buy Lenovo products. My desktop is an "ideacentre" model that I bought just last year.

The ways you can adjust this monitor on the stand, even vertical, is great. I just wish the screen contents would have also tilted along with the new position to fit the screen when it was rotated vertically. The place in the back to fit the ThinkCentre is perfect!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sort of ok. Monitor quality is great, looks very good. Webcam is ok. Not the best, not the worst. Good enough for school/zoom meets. However the speaker is atrociously bad. It is so bad, that even speech comes out muffled. I just can't even express how poor the sound quality is for a product of this size. It's terrible. In addition, there is no headphone jack on the front or side of the speaker, so you don't have an easy way to hook up headphones without reaching all the way around the monitor and plugging into the computer. The other issue is you probably need a wi-fi antenna longer than 9", otherwise, it's blocked by the monitor and gets spotty wifi (depending on how your router/computer are set up). For an all-in-one solution, using their micro PC tower, I have to say it's not super well thought through. It's ok, just not great.

The image is crisp with good colors, the webcam is pretty nice, and the speakers work as well as you would expect for a compact size. The compartment on the back works great for hiding all computer cables, but that brings me to the reason for a 4 star rating rather than a 5. Its not advertised as coming with cables, but its cheap on Lenovo's part to not include any at all. A USB3 cable is required for the webcam to work so it should have been included rather than me as an end user playing tech support to figure that out. Also, since there is only a single display port option, that cable should have been included as well. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase, just a little annoyed by the lack of cables being provided.

What's nice is we paired this with a Lenovo wireless keyboard and mouse so there's literally only 1 power cord to connect which makes for a very clean design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SAGA OF GETTING A NEW COMPUTER I had a rocky start because I didn't realize the tower I'd ordered and the ThinkCentre monitor were not compatible. It was difficult to actually talk to a salesperson or tech to find out the right combination. My laptop was getting old and things have stopped working on it. The need for a CD player was major in my decision for a new computer. Unfortunately, a 2-week ordeal began. AFTER I had made a purchase, it began to get easier to reach a live body. I have to say SOME of the people I spoke with were knowledgeable and eager to help. Others were just calling it in. Bottom line was, I returned the tower and ordered the Tiny guts compatible with the monitor. THEN I had to order a DVD burner, and of course! THAT was not compatible with the new system. My new computer is up and running, and takes up less room than my laptop, which I had been using, hooked up with work. I am still awaiting the DVD burner (just a matter of days, now, which, ironically, is the reason for this change! Frustrations aside, the products are beyond excellent and easy to install, once you have the correct pieces. I would ask the Lenovo powers that be, to get rid of the stupid FAQs and put in place some real people who could answers such inane questions, such as "I just purchased ******, what would be the best DVD burner for that system?", or "what monitor goes with ****?" Would that be too much to ask? With all that going on, the FAQs were useless!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Every thing needed in a Monitor if it works Never got the unit to work. Never found a tech person to help. Connected unit to HP Desk top PC...but could not get the two to communicate with each other. When the power was turned on to the the monitor, the screen would display "DP" with a view of the port and quickly go into power savings mode. The installation disk provided never communicated with the monitor...examined the disk and could not find an EXE file to install drivers or give instructions for installing the monitor. After several trips to purchase cables found on Lenovo's web site and no success, frustration set in and return authorization was requested. The unit was returned.
