• Unlimited Admin Console support - Our Support team becomes your just-in-time subject matter expert on the admin console. Whether you are looking for an overview of best education practices, or a deep dive into settings and configuration, our team is here to help with a highly responsive four-business-hour SLA.
• Escalation point for your internal team - As a Google Partner, we have direct access to Google’s escalation processes, support, and management teams.
• Support Stacks are brief and predefined engagements with our Google IT Specialists, designed to equip institutions with clear deliverables that solve common domain challenges.
• Annual Google for Education Audit - of your domain by Edu experts & recommendations on how to align to EDU best practices
• Roadmap of tasks - focused on your priorities as identified via support team discussions, along with support to implement those changes
• CDW Education Collaborative membership - Your technical staff will have access to monthly webinars that highlight impactful changes, offer professional development opportunities, and foster collaboration between our IT specialists and Google experts to promote best practices and innovative approaches.
• Enhanced AI Assistance: Your technical staff will have access to our advanced AI-driven support agent, trained on CDW's extensive knowledge base of Google for Education.
Business Hours of Operations are from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET (Monday through Friday). SLA is based on Business Hours of Operation.

Total time is one year from the purchase date.
What to Expect with Essential Support
• Schedule Discovery call: Within a week following purchase
• Discovery call completed: As scheduled based on mutual availability
• Domain Analysis & Roadmap: 3-4 weeks following Discovery call
• Domain Analysis & Roadmap Review call: Typically scheduled during Discovery call, to be performed once the documents have been shared, usually within 6-8 weeks after the Discovery call
• Once the Domain Analysis and Roadmap Review is completed, Super Admin access may be revoked and trusted apps may be blocked by the district.
• Support engagements identified in the roadmap take place throughout the year
• Ongoing Cadence Calls to review Roadmap, reflect on progress, and reconfirm or adjust the remaining activities and goals. Typically scheduled during or following Roadmap Review Calls.
Considerations
• Our consultants will not make changes to your Google Workspace Domain, they can only consult, make suggestions, and support.
• Our team members work from locations across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom you may see access from any or all of these locations during this process.
• Granting Super-Admin access to the CDW consultant is required for this service.
