With 6 outlets and 1 switched outlet group, this server and network UPS provides uninterrupted battery power to connected electronics. With sine wave output when on battery, this rackmount UPS offers the highest degree of compatibility with PFC servers and sensitive electronics.

Alternate Monitoring and Management Options

Use the intuitive LCD interface and PowerChute software to configure settings and monitor usage. Audible alarms also provide notification of changing utility power and UPS conditions.

High Efficiency

This 500 watt UPS offers a green mode to ensure you are operating at the highest level of efficiency while it’s smart battery management maximizes performance. Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) adjusts voltages ensuring reliable power while preserving battery life.

    Great, reliable UPS
    The SMT1500RM2UC is a great model for smaller racks. It has offered great protection as the battery backup for our small server and network switch. I highly recommend this for your smaller datacenter and office implementations.

    APC Smart-UPS Line Interactive Success
    Simple and straight forward UPS used to protect and provide power backup for an Application Server. The UPS was easily connected to the server. Our client had the UPS up and running quickly without a hitch. We will recommend this model to other clients for their server rooms.

    APC and CDW are a winning combination.
    APC Makes a great UPS and we have used them for years. CDW is always very helpful and quick to get these to me when I need them.

    It was easy to setup and configure.
    I bought a replacement for an older model. It was easy to install, basically just plugged it to the wall and plugged our equipment into it. It comes with software and documentation on two CDs.

    These are a staple in any small business environment with a rack. Only takes up 2U of space and provides 1500VA with a nice LCD readout and the remote management SmartConnect software. Definitely recommended!

    Just Right for my EDU Customers Needs
    My end user purchased this device a few months ago and it's just what he needs for his small server room and the price is right for small education entities that has a low IT budget. Ease of use and energy efficient.
