They simply left a note saying I could pick it up the following week at some inconvenient location. I had the package delivered overnight because i needed it overnight. Getting a note from UPS that I could pick it up the following week, made the order useless. You should never send anything by UPS they are TERRIBLE and do not even attempt to deliver packages! If I had known you use UPS I would NEVER have ordered the device from you. I had to go on my trip without the device which caused significant problems.
