It's user friendly and navigating tools has never been easy.

Up to date, I have not experience any donwside of using appspace.
What do you like best about the product?
One of reason why Appspace is very valuable for our office space management is their easy navigation on the dashboard interface to view room booking information, desk booking, and office space usage which all this information insights is displayed on the main page. All booking process is handled by users themself, it has significantly reduce office admin manual task and save time. Integration with Microsoft Office give features flexibility and more work can be done under one controller.
What do you dislike about the product?
Double booking for same room problem when the system input isn't synchoronized in real time and let other user to make the same room booking. It would be better if after the system is sync, it will give error to both booking so we can solve the problem manually before the meeting time.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it simplifies everything, it's been a game changer for our team. The desk booking feature is very handy, I like the interactive tool that helps users customize. It's a one-stop solution for accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues so far, it's beem a great experience. I haven't had any major issues with the platform so far, it's better than other solution I've tried.
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility in scheduling and booking seats and rooms contributes directly to a more dynamic and agile work environment. The support team is also worthy of praise for its friendly and efficient approach.

Appspace offers a wide range of features, but navigating them can be overwhelming for new users. It would be beneficial for potential users evaluating the platform to have more details up front.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy adaptation and implementation with smooth integration with Microsoft Team for office workspace management like desk booking and meeting room scheduling. Appspace keep thing organized in little effort, reduce manual management to enable administrator to focus more on pressing matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
No option for trail account and we need to pay for full version to try all their tools and features. It would be better if prospect can have a trial account for a week to testing out all their capabilities before making a subscription.
What do you like best about the product?
I like most of its capabilities in general, especially its easy to learn functions, and also the content management is incredibly good and useful. And the user interface is flexible and we integrate the modules with our environments and your system is well built.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be slow and have some bugs when publishing content, but nothing serious for now.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see avilable spaces on a map, the whole booking process is seamless. They have been especially helpful in keeping everything organized, I like how Appspace makes it simple to book desks in the office.

Sometimes the platform takes a little longer to sync with recent bookings. They don't support custom emergency notifications, the servers' response time is slow during certain hours.
What do you like best about the product?
At first I really liked the user interface and the ready-to-use templates. It is also easy to adapt to the needs of clients and digital signage. I also love that it is a very useful tool and easy to use and configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Appspace has been excellent, we have no problems or complaints.
