    Warranty replacement

    Unfortunate experience
    Sadly, the product is not holding up like it used a few years ago. My last two lasted me maybe a month. Most unfortunately, I have been waiting 2 months for warranty replacement.

    Belkin Adapter Died After 3 Months - Warranty a Co
    This Belkin adapter worked great for three months, then it died. It would still charge, but couldn't play audio. Belkin's warranty process was a nightmare. I spent over an hour on chat answering repetitive questions about troubleshooting steps and device details. They told me to try my family member's phones,

    It has many faults e.g. left right audio wrong way
    First off I have bought 2 of these since I thought it was only a faulty one I had. The channels on both are reversed when using the adapter so the left speaker is playing the right channel audio (don't know how you can consistently mess that up must be a design fault). Secondly they don't work when it is below

    Product does what it says but the cable is a little flimsy. Stopped working intermittently after4 months and completely after about 6 months. Replacement time with agent took longer than product was worth in my time. Agent was hard to communicate with. Got charged 3 times for replacement and supervisor not avai

It wouldn’t connect with my phone anymore. It would stop my music or it would fast forward through songs. I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew I would be wasting 30$ on a product that lasted a month or so. Wouldn’t buy again.

It enables me to keep my phone charged while I have maps open and the AUX allows me to play my music through my car stereo. It also enables me to use my headset while charging. This is a MUST if you want to listen to your music while charging, whether through your headset or through your car stereo.

Today, that’s all she wrote. No more audio signal will pass through. Thumbs down for such an expensive product. A $3 non MFi adaptor would have given me the same experience.

This is my second Belkin adapter. The first one I got almost 6 - 8 months and the second less than 3 months. Both of them are loss of audio issues. At $35 a pop, probably won't get another one, just have to split time listening or charging.

I think the dual port dongle should be kept near the power sourc and a long cable to the phone..that would minimize the load on the connectors at the belkin and phone .

The Belkin adapter allows the head phones to be plugged into the power port rather than using the special adapter for the headphone port.

You are willing to drop $$$ to buy a pair of apple wireless headset (which I would loose soon after and you might to)2.
