Till now, i have not found anything to dislike. It works smooth as per my expectation.
What do you like best about the product?
Box keeps all project files organized in one place with history details that helps teamwork smooth and mistake free. It is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works well overall but interface can be confusing and take time to get used to initially.
What do you like best about the product?
Box makes file storage and sharing incredibly easy and secure. Can able to access documents/ files from any devices at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it is great, but sometime the upload speed gets a bit slow.
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Box is how seamless and secure it feels when you're collaborating with a team—especially across departments or even companies. The version history and permissions control are lifesavers when you’re juggling multiple file updates with stakeholders. I’ve used it heavily for sharing contracts, project docs, and even design files, and it’s great knowing everything’s in one place and locked down with proper access controls. Also, the Box Notes feature is underrated. It's handy for quick meeting notes or shared agendas, and it’s nice that you don’t have to jump into Google Docs or something separate. Lately, the AI features have been surprisingly helpful, especially for summarizing long PDFs or extracting key points from proposals. I didn’t expect to rely on that, but now I use it more than I thought I would.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that consistently bugs me is the web interface—it’s functional, but sometimes it feels a bit clunky or slower compared to Google Drive or Dropbox. Navigating deep folder structures or searching for files can take a bit longer than it should, especially if your organization uses Box at scale. Another thing: the desktop sync app isn’t the most intuitive. There were a few times when files didn’t sync right away, and that caused confusion during tight deadlines. I also wish their built-in document previewer supported more formats with better rendering—sometimes it doesn't play nice with larger or complex PowerPoint or Excel files.
What do you like best about the product?
the features, the security, the internal interface, the speed and rest all too. customer support is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
the cost of ownership and the dashboard in particular.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Box is that it lists the version history of documents, and who uploaded them. This is important because it allows me to see each version of a shared document, which the team usually opens online to edit. I love that we do not lose the previous versions. I also enjoy that even on private collaboration folders, I can share a link to those outside of the group.
What do you dislike about the product?
It really is mostly online storage, so I think a few additional features would help. I would like to be able to make my own folder to gather collaboration folders owned by others, so I can organize them how I'd like.
What do you like best about the product?
What's not to love? It does not steal my data, does not sell my info to thrid parties and provides me with secure servers to backup my critical (and useless) data. Plenty of space on the free plan for you to make sure your Documents and Pictures folders are fully backed up (unless you're a hoarder, of course). Desktop sync is easy to set up and quite reliable. There are apps for all the major platforms (R.I.P. Palm, BB and BB10 but they where there when those were not EOL'd). The paid plans are affordable and do offer quality of life features the free plan could use.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislikes are less about the BOX app than to the fact that the integration BB10/BOX had left everything else feeling like a poor knockoff - including their own Android app. I don't think Android (Google) would ever let them have that level of integration with the system, so this is kinda not on them. it is now 2024 and that sentiment has not changed. They should update their plans. It's 2024. BOX still treats user data as if it was 2012.
What do you like best about the product?
it made it easier to send files than in gmail. Other than that, it was no better than any other products in the marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was less easy to organize and rename files. It was hard to sort or search for specific deliverables, overall it felt messy.
