The part was available (it was only backordered elsewhere and it arrived in a few days. I would have expected Canon’s prices to be higher than the competition, so you can be sure it will be the first place I look in the future....

Since I own two Canon Rebel T7i's I needed to order an additional Ac adapter so I don't have to worry about changing batteries or a camera just shutting don on me while I'm in the middle of a live podcast switching between two cameras. All the components arrived in great shape, were assembled and functioned well. I plan to use them with an inverter connected to my vehicle when doing extended exposures for stacking, especially in cold weather.
