It provides adequate protection for laptops that go slightly over the common 15.6 inch limit for laptop sleeves. However, it was just the right size to fit in my backpack. Overall, a good product.

Too small. Will be returning it. In the actual description it saud it would fit 17 1/4" and it does not fit a 16 1/2" laptop. Disappointing Christmas gift!
