SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT
This SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT (“SOE”), together with the Agreement between the CDW entity selling the Services described herein (“Seller”) and the customer ordering such Services (“Customer”) shall be deemed to be a contract upon Seller’s acceptance of Customer’s order.
This remote service is designed to help you prepare your organization to deploy Google Apps for Education (GAfE) and Chromebooks. A main focus will be to educate and assist your Admins with key Admin Console settings to meet the needs of your organization. The service may be broken into several sessions and includes 60 days support following the initial consultation within the Scope of Engagement.
Review and evaluation of your current Google Apps environment
Develop a plan to educate your Google Apps Admin(s) on Admin console configuration and deployment of Chrome devices
Technical advice and consultation, topics may include:
• Wireless Infrastructure requirements
• License management
• Enrollment best practices, deployment options, and considerations
• Discussion of related services
• Accessibility options and settings to serve the needs of individuals with disabilities
• Apps and Extensions
• User provisioning options
• Mail and data options
• Authentication options
• Security considerations
• Lifecycle management
• Troubleshooting Chromebooks
• Help and Support options
• Admin console customization to manage your apps, users, and devices

SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following tasks:
• Provide service as outlined in the SoE
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following tasks:
• Complete Google Apps questionnaire provided by CDWG prior to initial consultation.
• Customer to provide list of Google Apps Admin(s) in the organization to be included in engagements
• Customer is responsible for providing all physical and communications access, privileges, environmental conditions, properly functioning hardware and software, material information, decisions/directions, and personnel reasonably necessary to assist and accommodate Seller’s performance of the Services (“Customer Components”).
ASSUMPTIONS
• Customer to provide appropriate communications access to allow for service to be performed (phone and internet access, etc.)
• Customer agrees to allow screen sharing access for the remote service
OUT OF SCOPE
• Performing mail and data migration (CDW does offer separate services to address these needs)
• Performing any Services not specified herein
CONTACT PERSON
Each party will appoint a person to provide approvals/decisions (“Contact Person”)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This SOE shall be governed by Seller’s “Terms and Conditions of Product Sales and Service Projects,” which are accessed via the Terms and Conditions link on Seller's website (the “Agreement”) and are incorporated herein.
