What do you like best about the product?
It allows a range of filters like days, hours and minutes to search for logs. It has the feature to search a specific term within the whole data to show the relevant results.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow and it has no mechanism to show the storage status of the servers where the logs data is being stored. It should be able to produce a message that the server storage is full and no logs will be stored instead of just stop fetching the logs.
What do you like best about the product?
This product is worst when it comes to testing security measures, about firewalls. I encountered many difficulties using it which is a disadvantage. The software is less user friendly. It provides functionalities that do not ensure the protection of my systems.

It is difficult for non technical individuals to navigate and make the most of its features. Configuring the program is time consuming. It also requires technical expertise.

It is made to test the strength of the securtiy it has many advanced to check the firewalls of the security Did not face any discomfort while using the software

When I tried to prove Change Auditor I was looking for information with Change Auditor sales team but I takes a loot of time

I like it because it allows to simplify the detection of user threats by analyzing unusual activities to classify the users that present the most risks to your company, being very important because it facilitates the detection of potential threats, taking consequently timely decisions aimed at reducing noise product of false positive alarms. It guarantees the visualization of the changes that have been made, either locally or in the cloud. I like it because it is a comprehensive tool very efficient in providing security to the work done, avoiding losses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the reports generated automatically because they are confusing, difficult to understand and little didactic. they must carry out software usability studies in order to define the characterization and structure of the reports, achieving such models of professional quality reports that can be easily understood by all the professionals involved.
