The reason I only gave it 4 stars, I have a matched keyboard and mouse set, lost my mouse and ordered a new mouse. I find no way to sync the mouse with the current 2.4 g adapter that my keyboard is using. I have been able to sync with bluetooth. Where is the software so I can make this happen?

Functions and ergonomics are great.. however I have had to purchase a second one because after 2 years of use the left button seems like it would have "worn out" for example it looses selection or it jumps when trying to select. I tried resetting, updating drivers etc with no success.

At work several of us have the mouse and keyboard combo and they are well worth the investment. The mouse and keyboard feels solid unlike some of these other brand that feel like cheaper plastic.

I just had to buy another one because the wheel quit working on my first one after only 6 months of use. The battery outlasted the device :) I did decide to buy another because it is the only one that works with the multi device products and I also have the keyboard. This is definitely a nice feature so that you only have to use one port on your laptop. It is an expensive mouse if I end up having to get a new one every 6 months. I will see how long the second one lasts to see.

It did not glide too easily on my mouse-pad. My previous just floated over it. The Dell mouse did glide nicely on my bare desk, but with time it will leave a mark on the desk top, not a solution. I acquired a new smooth pad, but it did not help. So, I decided to return the Dell mouse. The return process started well. I got a confirmation email, to tell me that soon I will get instructions how to actually return it. I never heard from Dell again, I checked the status of my order. It said that a refund was issued. Indeed, the refund was already back at my bank. Now. Do I have to physically return the mouse? I have no clue. Dell did not send me any email about it. I checked the spam folder. I wanted to give it a single star. However, the mouse and the packing box are beautiful, so I give it 2 stars.

The programmable scroll wheel and two side buttons are clever and helpful. Note that programming the scroll wheel press and sideward tilts can interfere with certain applications typical programming of mouse wheel (especially for CAD programs where pressing scroll wheel is used for panning).

I actively use between two laptops via Bluetooth and it switches very easily between the two with a simple button on the mouse, it will allow a third with a USB dongle that I don't use. The button on the mouse that switches between devices I have yet to click accidentally, so the design of the button is easy to use and not easy to accidentally click. I have found that it works well on a ton of different surfaces/tables

Switching between different devices is quick and easy. I wish the colour could be all black, but not a big issue. The worst part was shipping - despite no shipping charge, a few weeks of waiting for mouse to arrive from another province is NOT acceptable.

After 5+ years, the over used, plastic mice were both long passed their prime. Very glad I chose the MS 5320W. Good, solid grip providing confidence in the cursor’s accuracy and speed. With the new technology in the MS, this mouse should easily pair with my next computer buy.
