Somewhat disappointing for the price.
When moving up and down, it doesn't flow as smoothly as my work set up despite adjusting resistance. I have to grab the arm from behind and adjust, instead of just grasping the edges of the monitor like I do at work. Not sure if this is normal operation or a bad unit. Otherwise decent quality.

High quality monitor arm that is well balanced to allow even a 32” monitor. The quick release is a nice feature and the adjustability is on par with higher priced arms from Chief. I would like an option to have a through desk mount instead of the clamp. I ended up cutting the clamp portion off and drilling holes to screw down to the desk as the mount was not at the edge.

Pricey, but worth it for my needs
I've used many other branded monitor arms previously. The reason I change so many arms is because I like to keep my desk clean and user friendly, and upgrading monitors. This Dell one is really amazing in terms of its feature and ability to declutter cables. The ability to limit the arm from going 360 degrees is great, since I don't want to accidentally hit the wall.
Although the price is higher than other options, I do think this is worth it, and I should be sticking to this arm for a long time.

Great Monitor Arm
This is my first time using a monitor arm, have to say this is a very sturdy arm. Lots of adjustment and it was easy to put together and install on my desk. I do like the cable management as most arms you just have cables dangling everywhere. You do need to make sure your cables are long enough, as you'll use more length of cable to route along the arm. But that aside, once it's installed, you are good to go. Range of motion is good and it works good even up against a wall.

I purchased two of monitor arms for two 32-inch monitors, a Dell P3222QE and an Eizo CG318. This is definitely good value for the money. It articulates very well, is very smooth to adjust the monitor, and keeps your desktop clean. The only problem I have is that I can't believe I waited this long to buy monitor stands!

Only issue I have is the piece that hides the cable management on the top section of the arm broke immediately. The small pieces that hold it in place are so thin and delicate.

Easy installation
Installation was very simple and took less than 5 minutes. This arm was exactly what I needed to raise my monitor higher than my laptop. I use a standing desk, and despite the added weight my standing desk is not tippy. I do not lock the arm so I can spin the monitor around and use my it from the opposite side of my desk as needed. Cable management system was a bonus.

I kept an eye on this one for over a year, I have tried Ergotron which not gonna lie really good but expensive tbh, it takes a bit more space the clamp. MSA20 clamp is minimal enough for a sleek look and space, the ability to have the Visa built in so you can just drop the monitor in it it's wonderful, so convenience, will hold your monitor without any issue, very easy to install, height is a win as well
got it on sale price and I can't complain, I love the way it looks and the floating monitor style I'm getting from it is gorgeous, not leaving aside the build quality, superior

Dell single monitor arm
This arm came to me well packaged be shipped to my door. The arm is fairly simple to set up and good thing because the directions were not that clear. Once installed the arm was able to be positioned for height and distance. The arm itself is well made and durable. I feel it was overpriced compared to other generic ones found online, but because my particular Dell monitor does not have 4 attachment screws in- place, I was locked into buying the Dell unit.

A warning for how much of an underneath mounting area should be included in the item description. Stand is not compatible with work benches. Very difficult to orient the mount plate to the monitor. Feels sturdy & work perfectly with an empty desk that’s only 1/2” thick.

I have central vision loss, and after leaning over my desk for moths to try to see my screen, I finally got wise and ordered this monitor arm. What a difference I I can easily move it to the correct distance depending on what I'm working on, and tilt it to reduce glare as the light changes throughout the day. Installataion was a breeze (very glad I watched a 'how-to' video first to understand all the features.) No more back pain, no more eye strain. Thanks, Dell. I especially love the snap-on feature for the monitor.

This is a really well thought out & well built monitor arm. I have another brand on another desk and this is hands down better! 180° (locked) or 360° (unlocked) options are on the pivots are fantastic. Movement is smooth & responsive. Footprint is small. The weak link, if any, is cable management…but that is still really good. If this series had a dual laptop arm option, the arms on my other desk would be sent back.

Overall, the mount has a solid construction, but the small plastic pieces used as guards for internal wiring leave something to be desired. The first time I set up the mount, the locking tabs on the plastic piece snapped right off, rendering it useless. The mount still works fine, but it's an annoying problem to encounter.

Sturdy, high quality and easy to use and install. The finish is also great. I use it for an LG 34" ultrawide monitor and it works great with the included VESA adapter. Be sure to plan out your cable lengths beforehand as the arm requires a lot of length to operate to its greatest range!

An excellent monitor arm. Looks great. It is well built; strong and sturdy. The small amount of cable management is a nice addition though cables will still be visible. Setup was easy and fast. Would certainly recommend this monitor arm.

Solid adaptable and handy

I needed a single monitor arm for DELL 38in monitor to free up space on my desk. This arm does the job, looks good and easy to adjust. holds monitor just fine. would recommend it if you are looking for a single monitor arm for a bigger and heavier monitor.

Works well with 34" monitor
Worked well for my new alienware aw3423dw. The cable guides were easy to work with and adjustment arrows helped me gauge the tension appropriately.

This is the arm to get.
Perfect arm. Worth the price. Super sturdy as it holds my Dell 36” curved monitor effortlessly. Up to 360 degree rotation… unheard of. Get it and you won’t regret it.

Mostly great but only one issue
Assembly was painless and moving my monitor over worked perfectly. If you are strong enough and can stabilize it, you can install the monitor yourself. The problem for me is the length of the arm. If I was attaching it from the back of my desk, the length would be perfect but because of the way my desk is set up, I can only attach it from the side. So my monitor is just off center because the arm doesn't extend enough to be centered on my desk. Given that the Kensington arm I purchased for a different monitor was able to center that display when installed in the same position, I have to take a star off this monitor.

Putting it together was easy. The materials are sturdy. My only complaint is that I had to put the whole arm together to mount my 38inch Alienware ultrawide.

Great monitor arm
I am using this with my Dell S2719DGF and it works great. The arm is sturdy, easy to adjust, and stays in place. The cable management slots are nice for routing cables and keeping them out of the way.

They are still in their boxes. Nice hardware however, and I will hire a tech firm

Great arm for the price.
This arm is very sturdy, it holds my AW3423DW with ease. Wide range of motion but not the smoothest when moving it around. Definitely stays where you put it after initial adjustment.

Its build quality is high. Cable management is nice. Easy to move upward once I found the right adjustment spot on it. Tilting forward and backward is really good. Decent price, compared to some of the competition.
