what a relief!
I recently fell and broke my left shoulder and ulna (elbow), and also hurt my right side and hand. The incident exacerbated my occasional carpal tunnel in both hands; in fact, both wrists often go numb while typing and using the mouse. I'm using another office of my client's company in a different location, and the person who sits here has one of these wrist rests in his office. I avoided these types of products in the past because they were too hard or large or didn't feel "right." This one is totally different. It accommodates my small wrist, and doesn't make the numbness worse - the gel is wonderful. I will purchase this for my home office and one for the keyboard because both hands go numb using it. I asked him how long he's had this and it has been nearly a year. It is in terrific shape. No peeling, etc. It looks brand new. It is amazing and I am now a proponant of this product! Thank you.

Mouse Pad w/ Wrist Support = not nice quality
1. It smells of plastic. Even three weeks after taking it our of the packaging. It reecks.
2. The glue holding the oh-so-special Microban (R) pad to the plastic frame is not nice quality (can't use the language I would like to use). The pad is peeling up at all the edges.
For an expensive product, they sure make lousy things.
No. I would definitely NOT / NEVER / EVER recommend Fellowes mouse pad w/ wrist support to anyone except those I really don't like.

WOW! WHAT A RELIEF!
I purchased the mouse pad with wrist support, and am sorry for not doing sooner. Ergonomics is of utmost importance in the computer world, yet taken so lightly. Fellowes products have cornered the market for keeping us comfortable and pain-free.
