I am extremely unhappy that this printer does not allow any printing unless all cartridges have ink. I exclusively print in Black ink. If any of the color cartridges fail, We are forced to repurchase the entire packet of color cartridges at an extremely high expense. Will buy cheaper cartridges elsewhere and forego replacing this printer with another HP product.

I went to three different stores trying to find this product, and they didn’t have any, so instead of driving around and around I decided to order it online 5 days later it’s delivered and installed.., ordering was quick and easy. Disappointed. The ink took over weeks to arrive. When it did boxes where resealed, not new. The cartridge was with packaging and plugs that I have come to expect when I have purchased new ink cartridges. I thought that since I ordered from HP website I would be getting a new product, not refilled cartridge. I tried multiple times to reach out to customer service and spoke with people from a foreign country that do not have a good command of the English language. I won't order ink from there again. I attempted to add pictures and was not given option
