The product is excellent. The reason I paid dearly for such a product is that the microphone delivers on its promise. Here in Brazil the product is very expensive, anyway, I recommend. This product was chosen for me by my employer and I do not have any complaints about it! the only problem is a different material is need to not make my ears sweat. But over all a great product and simple volume and call controls!

The Jabra Biz 2300 makes conference calls comfortable and convenient. The headset rests securely on my head without being tight. I can wear it for hours without being uncomfortable. Headset itself is very comfortable to wear, however the sound is too quiet. I use it with Skype for Business at work to make phone calls. On my Windows 10 OS I have to turn it up to the 80s or 90s out of 100 volume range to hear the other end, whereas my old headset had the volume comfortably in the 20s to 30s.

Comfortable - feels like you are not wearing it. Noise cancelling works but only 80-90 % Recommended for homebased jobs..
