It was easy to setup and use.I have also paired it with my phone, I get better call quality that with the phone's built-in speakerphone capabilities.The cord wrap is a nice feature, but there is no way to capture the USB connector when you are done wrapping...seems like an oversight.

Rated 5 out of 5 byStacy C from nullWhen it worked, it was a good speakerphone. However it only worked inconsistently with my laptop calling through Google hangouts. Worked fine for a week, then on some calls people couldn't hear me. I had changed nothing, it just stopped working all the time. Also, I was never able to connect it with my Samsung Galaxy S7 phone. Followed the directions, tried multiple times, and couldn't get it to work. Contacted tech support online and got the same instructions that had already failed. I wrote back that it failed and I needed more help, but it took about three days before I got a response, and by that time I had returned it. I wish it would have worked, as it seemed like a good speaker the few times it worked.

Connected instantly with no menus to fiddle on my phone or computer and simultaneously connects both - no switching back and forth.I connected the special function button google search on my phone. Now I have a remote speaker phone and can do voice dialing without picking up my phone. Seconds later I can be on a skype call without having to deal with menus to select it.
