Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you need a stylus for the 11e gen 6, read this. This does not work for the Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 11e Gen 6, and that pen is nowhere to be found in the US...however... If you need an active stylus for your laptop, get the Lenovo Active Pen 2, works flawlessly even though Lenovo does not mention the 11e as officially supported. Terrible customer service on Lenovo's part as not even their reps are able to answer questions about their un products...

When I received both, it turned out that the computer's port for the pen was fused and had no way of charging. Ended up purchasing a pen I could charge separately.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Haven't even been able to try out the stylus. This was an option as an add-on when I was ordering my laptop on the Lenovo website. I thought that you got a stylus pen with the laptop since it has a slot for it to be stored and charged right on the laptop and the way the description talked about it, it sounded like it was included. When I was reading through the reviews, I saw a couple of people talking about how they didn't receive the pen with their laptop so I ordered it thinking if the laptop came with one then I would just have an extra one for a backup or something. When I got my laptop, the spot where the pen would normally be kept and charged, had a plastic cover piece over the whole and wasn't equipped with the parts to be able to charge the stylus pen. I'm pretty disappointed in my whole purchase with Lenovo and the service I have received (or haven't really received since I still haven't gotten a solution for my problems besides just returning the laptop and pen and eventually seeing the refund for it all. They have not done anything else besides tell me that I can return it or deal with it. I keep requesting to get the part that you can install in the laptop to be able to store and charge the pen and I would install it myself since It was on the list of CRU items and it has directions in the user guide on how to do it. They haven't even agreed to do that for me since I bought both the laptop and the pen thinking I would at the very least get a laptop that was equipped with the charging function for the pen. It's pretty ridiculous and I'm definitely not happy with and don't think I will ever purchase from Lenovo again. I knew there was a reason I have never heard a single thing about them or that they were a good option to purchase from.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor experience with product and customer service. When I swapped info from my old laptop to this new Think Pad, It was 99% full immediately. When the pen that I ordered with it arrived 2 weeks later, although the website said it was correct, it wouldn't work with the pad. Tech support told me it was the correct pen and to pull the small pen slot cover off the front of the pad and charge the pen. The cover wouldn't come off. I later found out from a different tech that the pen wouldn't work and it had no built in charger for the pen. I asked to return the pen and the Think Pad and was emailed return shipping labels and a link to erase the pad. I don't have those skills so needed tech support. No support within 120 miles. By the time I found someone to do it, the shipping label and link to erase the pad had timed out. Next, I contacted Lenovo again. The sent me a flash drive this time and it took about 10 days to get here. I was told to call for a new shipping label after the pad data was erased. I called a week ago to get another shipping label. As of today, no email with label. Today I called and they finally emailed a label while I was on the phone with them. Now the Think Pad is in the mail. I have to say that almost every time I called, I got a foreign operator who was very difficult to understand. This whole process has been terrible.

Was advertised this pen to go with my Lenovo Yoga as an add on, however the version I purchased doesn’t actually support this pen. Really felt like a bait and switch for an extra $30. I HIGHLY recommend you review whether the device you have/plan to purchase actually supports Pen Pro use

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Check your charging port because buying this pen. There was no charging port for this pen for my ThinkPad Pen Pro for ThinkPad 11e Yoga 5th Gen. The slot for the pen couldn't be opened because the outlined port opening is clued shut or something. I didn't want a flathead screwdriver to pry it open to find that it was a dummy port. What's the point of selling this pen that is not made to work all the ThinkPad 11e Yoga 5th Gen laptops? It was a waste of time and energy shipping it back and forth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ThinkPad Pen Pro for ThinkPad 11e Yoga 5th Ge I did not realize that this pen is included with the laptop I am buying - the website stated that the pen is "optional", so I ended up purchasing a pen separately and now I have two. It will cost me more to ship the second pen back, so I am keeping it. While it could be useful for some, I find that for just daily browsing I don't make use of it and the touch screen is sufficient. I also know two other people with the same laptop, and I called to let them know that the laptop has a built-in pen - they were surprised to hear and had not seen it 3 weeks into owning the laptop. The pen is inserted in the bottom right part of the laptop frame and has a red line on top. I tried using the pen, it has good reaction time, it feels natural, close to a regular pen, the text could automatically convert from handwriting to typed letters, so I guess this would be a useful feature I might use in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not Compatible with the Laptop I purchased the pen for the ThinkPad Yoga 11e 5th Gen. However, when it arrived, and over 2 hours with customer service, it was determined that the ThinkPad Pen Pro for the ThinkPad Yoga 11e 5th Gen is NOT COMPATIBLE with the ThinkPad Yoga 11e 5th Gen. In order for the pen to work it needs to charge. Lenovo does not sell a charger for the pen. The only way to charge the pen is using the stylus garage on the laptop. However, not all of the laptops come with a stylus garage. Upon discovering this, customer service indicated they do not sell that model. So currently, Lenovo makes and sells the ThinkPad Pen Pro for the ThinkPad Yoga 11e 5th Gen, but do not sell a compatible computer, which includes the non-compatible ThinkPad Yoga 11e 5th Gen. How messed up - good job Lenovo.

Bought the "ThinkPad Pen Pro for ThinkPad 11e Yoga" for my "ThinkPad Yoga 11e (4th Gen)", contacted Lenovo on Twitter to discover this is a product labeling issue. I hope they fix it. They told me that the Thinkpad Pen Pro is compatible.

We tried using pens from 3rd parties and from other devices, but it just wasn't the same. This is a great pen, and I was able to buy it directly from the Lenovo web store for a better price than I could find anywhere else. As usual, buying from Lenovo was easy and shipping was quick.

Although it took a little longer than I hoped with expedited shipping, it was well worth the purchase. I had lost my pen on a trip and because I use it so often, I bought the new one. It synched perfectly and works just like the original. Thank you Lenovo, I love it.
