What do you like best about the product?

The UI is very clean and things are easy to find. It auto-suggests extensions to be installed, making the platform flexible for any type of file ranging from Python code files and python notebooks to even PDFs. I use it on a regular basis for my work as well as personal projects. Installation of new packages is seamless as they get integrated easily without much manual coding. Code implementation is very easy due to the suggestions that come up when typing. The variable names are readily available in dropdown and the highlighting of errors before even code compilation saves so much time for the user.

What do you dislike about the product?

While there is an option to either open a file or a folder, it is sometimes difficult to open two different project folders simultaneously. The option is not readily available so most of the times I have to re-open the other project folder while closing the current one. Customer support is not very helpful as it is hard to just navigate to it.

What do you dislike about the product?

Can be a resource hog—slows down on larger projects. Startup time feels sluggish, and the sheer number of features can be overwhelming for beginners.
